Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa North/Owasso

We stayed here for one night this past weekend, July 26th. The Executive Suite we rented was ok, but the AC only cooled half of the room. The side with the bed was very warm and muggy and the opposite side of the room with the sofa was cold. I imagine it is the same in the Winter months with the heat. We woke up at 12:30 in the morning burning up. We were offered another room, but who wants to pack up at midnight and move? It was frustrating. We asked for a fan but were told they did not have fans. I would highly recommend getting some for guests if this issue cannot be resolved. The other issue was that the free breakfast was not good. The powdered eggs were crumbles, not eggs. They were the consistency of Feta cheese. The orange juice was very watered down and had no flavor at all. We have experienced this at other Hamptons as well. Why even call it orange juice if it has nothing but water and a tablespoon of orange juice in it? Sausage was equally flavorless. We will not be staying here again. We will go to another brand of hotel. We are learning that Hamptons are not what they used to be, and the "freebies" come at a high price. The breakfasts are a joke as far as taste and quality and the rooms may be clean, but they have uncomfortable problems that seem to be unfixable and not a problem to management. "Deal with it" is the attitude I get from these hotels. Another problem is that the front desk is not staffed. These people might be there onsite, but they are hiding in the back where they are not available for questions or to solve minor problems for guests. The front desk should be manned with friendly, helpful staff. Stop hiring people who don't want to work or interact with the public.

NO HOT TUB!!!! We specifically booked this hotel because ******* listed it as having a hot tub. That was our only search criteria because my wife was sore from walking all day. The front desk lady was nice but said that the hot tub was removed quite a while ago. I suppose I have to look through all of the pictures, look at the hotel's web site, and call them from now on before booking. *******, UPDATE YOUR LISTING!

Very great location Red Robin,Uncle Pacos(Mexican) next door 5 mins from Wal Mart and about all shopping places 20 from airport great place and location. Breakfast was very good room was clean and nice staff was inviting 10/10 recommend!

Staff was nice, breakfast was great and well stocked.
