No podríamos haber encontrado mejor opción para alojarnos en Oviedo! Más céntrico imposible, parking enfrente, todo a mano. El hotel está fabuloso, no es de grandes dimensiones pero ni falta que hace. Felipe en recepción es encantador y cordial. La habitación es silenciosa, nada de ruidos exteriores, ni tampoco ruidos del aire ni de la nevera.

The hotel is very centrally located near the shopping street and all the sights. The rooms were simple but fine and very clean. At reception, we were even spoken to in German (well, half-German, but okay). The hotel advertises that you can park in the nearby parking garage using the APK Parking app, and that you can also get a discount from the hotel. We parked and then asked the hotel about the discount and were told that you can't get a discount with the APK app, only if you enter with a ticket. This isn't mentioned on the website, though. But hey, it wasn't that much more expensive. The room was very, very cold, and there was no way to set the air conditioning to heat. The covers for the bed consisted of just a thin sheet, so I wore my workout clothes so I wouldn't freeze all night. The breakfast was simple, so for an overnight stay, that's about okay.

Es la segunda vez que voy y probablemente si vuelvo a Oviedo vuelva a hospedarme en el hotel. Está perfectamente situado y tiene un precio muy bueno para lo ofertado. No tiene parking pero hacen descuento en el que está enfrente. El personal es muy amable.

Prolijo hotel, muy bien ubicado, silencioso y limpio, la habitación es un poco chica pero funcional, tiene frigobar pero no tiene cafetera, la atención del personal de recepción es buena, a fin de cuentas muy buena relación precio calidad.

Philippe made our stay perfect! He is an excellent communicator in Spanish and has a good understanding of English as well. Philippe went out of his way to help us solve a lost luggage problem. We enjoyed our stay (twice) and we will return to Duerming Longoria Plaza.

El hotel tiene una ubicación fantástica, muy tranquilo y el desayuno correcto y todo muy bueno, pero el baño es muy incómodo y poco práctico, al menos en las habitaciones individuales, colchón y almohadas bastante mejorables. Todo muy limpio

Pasamos unos días para ver Oviedo y la zona. Lo mejor ,la ubicación y las habitaciones que cumplieron con mis expectativas. La parte negativa es que no se explica correctamente como aplicar el descuento que supuestamente se te aplica por aparcar en el parking que esta enfrente del hotel. En mi caso el personal de recepción, Paloma Suarez, no se explico bien y además en la web no se detalla de manera clara como se aplica este descuento. En mi caso no pude disfrutar del descuento porque había contratado con el parking para un día entero, esta fue la respuesta del personal del hotel... (que tiene que ver) Por otro lado indicar que el trato del personal no es cercano y el desayuno no es muy variado para ser un *** Relación calidad precio normalito.
