Extremely mediocre hotel. The A/C was not working in multiple rooms, and many rooms cannot reach the wifi. Beware that many rooms face a street loaded with night life and lack soundproofing. The bathrooms are fine, and the beds barely comfortable. No amenities whatsoever.

Posizione ottima, tutti i punti di interesse sono raggiungibili a piedi. Buona colazione anche se a prezzo un po elevato (come altri alberghi della regione). Staff alla reception molto freddo e distaccato, un po altezzoso. Parcheggi numerosi bei dintorni a pagamento (ca 12/15 euro al gg)

Te cobran el agua cuando siempre es cortesía del hotel, cuatro estrellas de hotel y son unos tiesos Si al menos fuera un hotel excelente o sobresaliente en el resto de apartados pues bueno, pero es bastante normalito como para encima cobrarte el agua

El hotel está situado en el centro de Oviedo. Al lado de la catedral y en una calle donde hay una gran cantidad de sidrerías para poder tomar la bebida típica de Asturias. Se trata de un hotel "de toda la vida" que en su día debió ser de los mejores hoteles de la ciudad, pero que ya va necesitando algo de reforma, de modernización. De las habitaciones, del baño... de la zona de recepción... Las habitaciones son cómodas y con una buena sensación de limpieza. Aunque faltan detalles, como el poder dar una botella de agua, al menos, de cortesía en las habitaciones sin necesidad de tener que cobrarlas. No puedo valorar el desayuno, ya que sólo dormí, y me fui a primera hora de la mañana, sin que estuviese abierto todavía el desayuno. Es una opción a valorar para dormir en Oviedo. Pero sabiendo que s un hotel funcional para dormir sin "lujos".

Reservamos este hotel mediante central de reservas. Tuvimos que cancelar nuestra reserva por un motivo de fuerza mayor. Un miembro de nuestra familia, que además iba al alojamiento, tuvo que ser ingresado de gravedad en el hospital. Después de entregar justificantes de ingreso en el hospital que nos pidió el agente que gestionaba la cancelación, nos comunicaron que cargaban los gastos de cancelación. Sé que están en su derecho porque el periodo de cancelación gratuita ya se había rebasado pero la falta de calidad humana, habiendo entregado los documentos que justifican la ausencia forzada, es totalmente evidente. Por lo tanto la cadena Sercotel y Central de Reservas quedan totalmente vetadas para mí y mí familia.

Esta en una calle de sidrerías y terrazas, o sea mucho jaleo. Desde la última planta se oye el jaleo y el trasiego nocturno. Si vas a descansar busca mejor otro. El parking se queda corto. En las habitaciones se oye todo, no insonorizadas. El desayuno no lo cogimos pero parecía caro para lo que era. Desde luego no lo consideraría nunca un cuatro estrellas.
