Sito a pochi passi dal centro città con un servizio di garage “Valet” (consegna e ritorno). La reception si svolge nell’hotel dirimpetto. La camera di dimensione medie era ben arredata con tutto l’occorrente a parte il safe mancante. Nel minibar abbiamo trovato 2 birre e due acque a titolo gratuito. La colazione si svolge nell’hotel di fronte, al -1 in un locale un po’ triste: non particolarmente abbondante (a parte i cornetti veramente buoni) ma con un personale molto simpatico e servizievole. Unico grande neo è il rumore degli schiamazzi del venerdì sera che erano perfettamente udibili anche al 5 piano con la finestra chiusa (probabilmente assolutamente non ermetica): un venerdì notte da incubo.

La ubicación es excelente. De noche no hay ruido. El personal, tanto de recepción, como de limpieza y de la cafeteria, muy atento. El desayuno está bien y están muy pendientes de todo lo que necesitas. La habitación no estaba mal, algo pequeña porque estaba en la buhardilla pero me resultó cómoda. Supongo que en el resto de las plantas serán más amplias.

Habitación con mucho ruido de maquinas y cisterna averiada. Imposible dormir y descansar. Es increíble que por el precio que pagas te pongan al lado de la sala de máquinas. El ruido es constante y desagradable, además de tener la cisterna del baño mal.

This hotel is certainly in a great location and convenient for all the sights to be seen in this nice city. A few notes (wr have just checked out). The reception is base's at a sister hotel across the road, and so there is no one present when you enter the foyer. There is a small lift to reach all 5 floors. Rooms are small for two people, although the bathroom was spacious enough and well appointed with good towels and soaps. The shower, however, spills out over the floor soaking the bathmat no matter how careful you are. The BIG problem we had was with the original room allocated on the 5th floor. Even though it was late May and only about.20° during the day, the heat in the room was insufferable ! 5th floor rooms are basically in the attic space and the only window is in roof area. We tried opening this (inviting in bugs ) and lowering temp on AC thermostat to no success. We reckon it.was close to 30° at midnight. Following a call to reception, someone came to check it out, but even with no english we could tell it was a lost cause. Reception advised us we could.move to the other hotel, at a.cost! We stuck it out despite bites from mosquito and lack of sleep due to the heat. We moved to 3rd floor front facing.room the following day which was a big improvement. However, even though we left the AC at 10° for 2 full days, the temp remained at about 20°. Apparently management do not adjust the overall levels as weather changes and so AC cannot do its job. We were offered a complimentary breakfast on 1 day as acknowledgement of our experience. Staff on reception couldn't have been nicer, it seems this was beyond their control. Beds very comfortable, front room had shutters.

Elegante hotel vicinissimo al centro storico di Oviedo, belle camere, ottima colazione servita (con supplemento, facoltativo) di fronte presso l'Hotel Princesa Munia (stesso gruppo), personale cordiale. Parcheggio convenzionato a circa 100 m. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.

En general la experiencia muy buena. La habitación era bonita y acogedora, la calle no era demasiado ruidosa y el colchón era supercómodo. Pero algunas cosillas a mejorar: Tenían disponibles habituaciones de dos camas y matrimoniales. Podían haber preguntado antes de asignar una de dos camas a una pareja. No obstante, nos la cambiaron de inmediato sin ningún problema. La estructura de la cama "bailaba", así que cada vez que hacías cualquier movimiento era como estar en un barco. A pesar del colchón, descansamos mal. La habitación no estaba insonorizada ni hacia la calle ni hacia el interior. Afortunadamente no había ruido ni en un sitio ni en el otro. La alcachofa de la ducha está muy baja. Mi marido no llega a 1.85 y sufrió para ducharse. El termostato estaba de adorno. Se podía encender o apagar, pero nada más. Lo mismo era ponerlo a 17 que a 27, a velocidad 1 que 3. Así que tenías que decidir entre dejarlo encendido toda la noche y acabar con calor, o apagarlo y a mitad de la noche despertar con frío. Y ya más subjetivo: la pared cubierta de espejo en el baño, excesiva XD En general, repetiremos.

El hotel era exactamente lo que recordábamos de un viaje anterior. Ubicado en pleno centro con habitaciones cómodas aunque se agradecería poder poner la valija en algún banco para que no quede en el piso y tener que agacharnos para sacar o poner cosas. No nos gustó la insistencia de la recepcionista en fijar la hora de salida al momento de hacer el check in (cosa que ni siquiéra habíamos pensado en ese momento), inisitir para que saliéramos más temprano de lo que nosotros creíamos que era conveniente para ir al aeropuerto (terminó fijando ella el horario), que no se nos permitió cambiar ese horario después y que, no sólo el taxista tiene un evidente arreglo con el hotel (dicen que es de confianza pero terminamos subiendo nosotros las maletas al auto porque el "servicio" brillócpor su ausencia) y fue todo el camino hablando e insistiendo que nos sobraba tiempo para nuestro viaje. Incluso cuando le dijimos que no queríamos hablar del tema porque ya estábamos enojados porque sabíamos que nos "obligaron" a irnos una hora antes de lo que nosotros hubiéramos querido. Por qué razón el hotel decide con qué taxista debemos viajar y a qué hora? Por qué no se nos permitió cambiarlo con la explicación de que esta persona tenía otros viajes? No hay más taxis en la ciudad? Dónde está el servicio? Fue más una imposición.

Estupendo hotel, ideal para visitar la ciudad. Está en pleno centro pero es muy tranquilo, las habitaciones confortables, modernas y muy limpias, un detalle que en la nevera había dos botellas de agua de cortesía. El parking del hotel es de pago pero merece la pena ya que la ciudad tiene aparcamiento regulado. Si vuelvo a Oviedo, me alojaré en este hotel con total seguridad.

O hotel fica muito bem situado, é complicado chegar lá, muitos sentidos proibidos, muitas obras,não muito bem assinalado etc. O melhor é que fica perto de tudo, tanto do centro histórico como da parte mais moderna. A a aparência do hotel, visto de fora, não é das melhores, mas no interior é muito boa. Temos que fazer o check in num hotel do outro lado da rua. O quarto é bom e a casa de banho também.
