Son muy amables, es muy bueno tener el check out a las 12, permitio descansar tranquilos y tmb permitieron guardar el.equipaje hasta mas tarde. Esto.nos permitio poder pasear por.la ciudad sin inconvenientes.

Fui a pasar dos noches y pagué nada más llegar ; inesperadamente me encontré mal y me fui a la farmacia para hacerme test antígenos y di positiva en COVID; tuve q volver a mí ciudad porque estaba fatal con lo cual no dormí más q la primera noche y en ese momento pregunté si era posible que me devolvieran el dinero de la segunda. Me dijeron q la cancelación son 48 horas y lo entiendo pero lógicamente fue imprevisible y ahí es donde se distingue un hotel con calidad ; no hicieron amago de devolver nada. Estuve solo de 17 pm a 7 am del día siguiente. Por otro lado , la habitación daba a un patio en el q había ruido de obras hasta la noche , muy tarde . Y además se oye ruido porque la calle de las sidrerías está al lado . No lo recomendaría a nadie y por supuesto no volveré a este hotel cdo vurlva para por fin conocer Oviedo .

Y nos dieron una habitación mejor de la q reserváramos.
Y todo porque tenían excedente.
Lo mejor , sin ruidos. Q al estar en zona de nocturnidad teníamos dudas.
