The hotel was very clean. The beds are too firm for my liking, we didn’t sleep well. Staff was nice. Someone dropped some food on the floor in front of another room and it was not cleaned up for at least 24 hours, that was a turn off.

me and my boyfriend stayed here a couple days ago for one night and the staff was nice, though we really only interacted with one of the front desk employees “neya”. Super sweet, was able to move us to the third floor like requested and gave us extra towels. There was a older lady with her helping someone else who also seemed nice. The room smelled like a animal was in it and was a little hot but besides that was a pretty good stay. Seemed like a safe area, accidentally left my door unlocked and thankfully it was still there 😅. The store prices are kind of ridiculous though but they also had grocery stores around them so it evened out.

This is not our usual place to stay when we travel. I was sadly disappointed in the service and quality of our stay. The lady who checked us in promised us a blanket and pillow for our son to use to sleep on the recliner in the room. But when we returned to get it the other girl behind the counter told us they only had sheets. No blankets or pillows. The bed was hard and despite turning the thermostat down our room was warm all night. The toilet paper was one step up from Porta potty toilet paper. And when I went down for coffee at 7:30 am, both the regular coffee pots were empty. Then I had to holler into the back room for the girl because no one was at the front desk. We will definitely not be back! Oh and the bathroom sink was dirty when we got into our room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! As a woman traveling alone, I never felt unsafe. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I'd stay here again. Had I stayed longer and brought my family, the kitchen in the room would have been beyond valuable.

Great staff, great accommodations. Clean rooms, comfortable beds , stove and affordable. It has everything you need! Shawn took great care of me. Thanks for a nice stay. I would not hesitate to book, there are a lot of crappy places out there, this is not one of them.

Internet was terrible, housekeepers ignored my sign to stay out, and got bitten up by bed bugs, offer a kitchenette which is nice, but do not provide any cooking utensils

Awful staff terrible accommodations worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay here there is plenty available in the area go somewhere else!!

This was my first time staying at My Place. It was very comfortable and had everything I could need including a full size refrigerator.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The room was spacious with a full sized refrigerator and kitchenette set-up. I thought the available wired internet connection was a nice plus for anyone that needed to work. First time with the brand and I'm impressed. I would recommend this property for work or vacation.
