The hotel was very clean. The beds are too firm for my liking, we didn’t sleep well. Staff was nice. Someone dropped some food on the floor in front of another room and it was not cleaned up for at least 24 hours, that was a turn off.

The hotel is clean and set at a perfect location right next to the softball fields at Blue Valley Recreation. The price is a good fit for amenities. The staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of pillows for use.

Fine stay for a night but didn’t wouldn’t stay again. Beds are small and low to the ground, shower head is something you would buy for $10 at Walmart and sprayed all over the bathroom. For the area this hotel is in, you would think they would upgrade the rooms and amenities. Also, there is no breakfast and “breakfast in bed” is a jimmy deans sandwich heated up.

The property is very clean, construction fit and finish is much better than expected, rooms are large, well appointed and comfortable. The person who checked me in is excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and presents a welcoming environment.

Room service was terrible. My room didn't get cleaned for 5 days. The only bright shining star and thing to look forward to, was the exceptional service of Christian, the concierge. He fixed things for me and rectified my troubles. He's the the reason I'm coming back, instead of blackballing then from bnsf.

Just checked into myplace. Its always my first choice when coming to overland park. There’s plenty of stores and restaurants around. The staff is nice and checkin in was quick, lobby was clean, and staff was understanding and accommodating. Had a short little conversation with the front desk girl la’niah and shes super sweet. Had a hard time remembering where things were and she was super patient re-explaining. My daughter was with me for the first time and she agreed it was nice for the price .
