For a 2 star property this was great. The rooms were clean. It's was quiet. I'd definitely stay again. It was east to get to. The neighborhood seemed good. And the QT right across the street was handy. It was all I could ask for for the price we paid. The only downside was that the only double rooms only seemed to have full size beds.Queen size would have been much more comfortable.

Disgusting hotel! Now I find that our credit card for the $50 damage deposit was sued daily for purchase online!! Save your money and spend it elsewhere! Pretty sure they sell rooms by the hour too ….the man behind desk was shady AF and we were lucky to only have to sleep and shower there.

We came as a group of 16 for a fun trip to the Kansas City Zoo! We had 4 rooms among all of us and our stay was great! All of our rooms were fine, no big issues..very decent for the price! QT right across the street you can walk to if you want, plenty of stores and restaurants in the area! The kids had a great time at the pool. If we were to come back we would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly. No issues from our stay.

This place is extra cheap and not in a good way! The rooms are decent but for the price you can definitely find a better place. The "free breakfast" is literally cheap donuts, watered down juice and milk and cereal. No eggs, no waffles or pancakes, no bacon or sausage. Literally this hotel is super cheap its not worth the price. I stayed in another hotel for the same price and at least got some sausage and waffles. If you want a childs breakfast, this is the place. If you want to starve, this is the place. There's limited donuts in the cabinet, crap juice, crap coffee, no water offered, no yogurt, ugly broken apples in a basket and definitely no waffles, eggs or meat of any kind. Their trash can is small because there's nothing to feed to the people. Please do not stay here. It's absolute crap. Oh did I mention, they didn't even offer WATER?

Okay, don't kid yourself. At this price point you are NOT getting a 5 star lux hotel or a breakfast bar with made-to-order omelets. What you will get is a clean, affordable, safe place. We stayed for 4 nights and we never felt unsafe. I walked the adjoining neighborhood twice (I try to get in 6 miles/day). It is a lovely area - just not upscale beautiful. We were visiting friends in Overland Park and did not want to spend arm/leg on a room we were mostly sleeping in. I would stay there again. We visited in March so pool was not available.

I have a service animal, they charged me $250 deposit for my service animal , made me fill out a f I rm stating his training g and advising me that they use a blacklist to verify there are no urine stains. Refused to give e me a copy of the document t. Refused to give me a receipt for the cash deposit. I paid for a "doubleroom" which in fact was the smallest single room (275 sqft) I've ever stayed in. I feel they should blacklight the room in my presence prior to me occupying it. The breakfast was twinkled and ding dogs. Don't go if you are in a pleasant mood. They will ruin it for sure. Waiting g to see what shenanigans they pull upon check out.

I would not stay here again. We asked for a lower level room and they denied us because they didn't understand English and kept saying for later quests. Room was just okay. We asked for extra toilet paper and they said it was in the room. We had 1 roll half gone upon arrival with 3 people in the room. Did finally get one roll so another person from our group went and got 1 more roll only for the next day when they cleaned the room when we were gone and we asked them not to clean or enter the room they took the extra 1 roll we had on shelf. There were crack heads wondering the parking lot after we came back from dinner and they would just sit down in middle of parking lot. We did not feel safe at all as they watched our every move.
