There is a adult male who wears a wig and inappropriate women’s clothing that works at the front desk. If you don’t want your children frightened, your bank card overcharged without reason or a basic understanding, stay somewhere else. The GM of this place is super rude, and is all about how much money he can manipulate out of current guests. All the hotel guests when I was there had a negative opinion of him based on his unprofessional approach towards basically everyone. The cross-dressing front desk associate also was very difficult to deal with mainly because of “her” attitude and poor customer service skills. If you can find somewhere else to stay due so. Especially if you have a family.

Hi, I had reservation Extended Stay for 2 beds, Unfortunately, hotel was not able accommodate my family with provided reservation - only 1 bed was available, due to overbooking. They charged credit card twice even I declined to be 5 person on one bed.

After reading reviews I came with very low expectations and a ton of cleaning supplies. When I checked it they were cleaning my room. When I say cleaning I mean I walked into the room with two men with gloves scrubbing and cleaning. We left to eat and came back to a room that was extremely clean with zero issues. The only complaint I would have would be that there are stains on the carpet-a good professional carpet cleaner would take care of it. Front desk people are awesome. Breakfast is granola bars or oatmeal. I did take my own sheets, comforter, and towels to make it more homey for my long stay. I have not seen housekeeping at all but am unsure if I was supposed to schedule it. I am positive it would be done if I asked but I kind of like taking care of it myself. The people staying there are all so nice. I am from a small town and they all feel like they came from the same type of place. Everyone says hi and opens the door for you. It is non-smoking so people are respectful of that and smoke at the provided area outside. I feel safe from the parking lot to the room. The internet that if free is speed that is good enough to stream tv and work from my room for online meetings. This isn't a first class hotel but is great and affordable for long term stays. I felt at home. My only issue was I double checked to make sure I could stay as a 20 year old intern. We stopped by to check it out in person and asked. They said it would not be a problem as check in age was 18 and to get the best rate to call the 1800 number. When I did that I again asked. They said they would call and check. They told me they called and the check in age was 18. Of course at check in I was told I had to be 21 to check in so my mom had to come to check me in.
