Die Dame am Empfang schien bei unserer Ankunft recht lustlos zu sein. Wir hatten ein paar Fragen, die unbeantwortet blieben. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort, das in den anderen Zimmern gesprochen wird. Dementsprechend verlief auch die Nacht. Im Zimmer über uns wurde nachts noch geduscht, was sehr laut war. Die Dusche ist offen gestaltet, führt aber dazu, dass das ganze Badezimmer nach dem duschen nass ist. Ebenfalls gibt es keinen Lüftungsabzug, entsprechend feucht war es anschließend im Zimmer. Das Zimmer selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch geräumig. Die Gestaltung ist sehr ansprechend. Frühstück wird im Gebäude nebenan serviert, das auch gleichzeitig ein Café für jeden ist. Das könnte man sicher besser machen. Das Buffett bestand im Grunde aus fast gar nichts. Es war alles leer als wir zur abgegeben Frühstückszeit eintrafen. Leider hat es eine ganze Weile gedauert, bis zumindest die Croissants wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Das Obst und der Käse hatten scheinbar keine Priorität. Alles in allem eine mittelmäßige Erfahrung.

Ideal location, well equipped and clean rooms and facilities. Friendly and professional staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Breakfast selection and service, were great too.

Fantastic boutique hotel - beautifully designed with stunning rooms. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff team - thank you Connor! Lovely guest lounge with complimentary port and sherry. Delicious breakfast served in Frances cafe. Perfect Hermanus location too - highly recommend this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay in Hermanus. The location of the hotel is perfect for whalewatching from Shore. Nice restaurants are just around the corner. The staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful.

Nice charming boutique location. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful! We had a garden view room, which was very nice and charming. We had an early checkout and got a very nice breakfast box to go. (Too much ) Good recommendations on what to do and where to go in Hermanus!
