Great experience all round. Spectacular setting, efficient and welcoming staff. One of the best spa experiences with thermal pools, massages, sauna and steam room. A must stay for golf tourists. Good food with breakfast buffet outstanding. Shout out to the GM, Mike Phillipson (sp. I think?) for always being around and keeping an eye on things. A great example of how to do it.

This wonderful Oasis about 80 km from Cape Town and close to Hermanus, is really a fabulous one. stop holiday destination. The hotel is situated on a beautiful lagoon overlooking the mountains and the sea and the distance, one of the best golf courses I have played wraps itself this wonderful structure . in addition it has a fully service spa and leisure area. The real Kudus of this wonderful hotel is the team members, led by the charismatic, warm, friendly and attentive general manager Michael Phillipson, who certainly leads from the front and this is reflected in the superb service and commitment by the team members to ensure the guests have a five star experience. Both the general manager Michael and his team are a credit to the hospitality industry and are ambassadors for tourism in South Africa. I have stayed many times at this wonderful complex, and also spend many months in Hermanus, but any excuse to travel to this wonderful venue takes little encouragement. An absolute wonderful place and thank you so much for always looking after myself, my family and friends. Thomas Noblett

Very welcoming staff from reception, to booking in, to all restaurant and lounge staff. Fabulous views of lagoon and golf course. Very comfortable beds with fluffy, comfortable pillows and bedding, makes for a luxurious super comfy sleep. Beautiful grounds and hotel. 3 pools to choose from plus the indoor spa pool. Spa treatments a must do. Great live music entertainment Friday and Saturday nights.

View are the best and the romantic automate. The quiet space, very private and secure. Good for couples whose privacy is important, Arabella is great sport for solo date, very beautiful and amazing for taking pictures for Instagram ladies.

Op aanraden van onze Zuid Afrikaanse vrienden besloten we bij Arabella te boeken. De ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk. Een warm welkom! De kamer is erg ruim met uitzicht op het zwembad en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed slaapt echt heerlijk. We aten de eerste avond in het hotel. Net als de lunch ook weer erg lekker. Ook hebben een TEE time bij de golfclub geboekt. Met dezelfde vriendelijkheid werden we ontvangen. We hebben inmiddels nog 3 extra nachten bijgeboekt. Team Arabella you rock!

The staff were fantastic. We arrived late afternoon and were keen to play 9 holes as the course looked fantastic. Even though there was a big tornament the next day, the Pro and staff let us play and hire clubs which required picking up out of hours. This was really appreciated going the extra mile, and my wife and I had a truly memorable lifetime experience getting to play this beautiful course. Many thanks
