Unfortunately, I would like to state with regret that there has been a serious decrease in the quality of the food in the last four days. In particular, the raw meat and the unpleasant odor of the chicken dishes have negatively affected my dining experience. You should also address the issue of poor breakfast. When I previously complained about this to the group manager, I unfortunately received an inadequate response. I expected to have a comfortable experience and consume healthy meals while staying at your hotel. Please take this issue seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of the food and the hygiene conditions.
