the dirtiest of our entire road trip.to be avoided.stained sheets, uncleaned toilets.....Too bad because the hotel is nice despite difficult access on foot and no parking.Difficult to find with WAZE GPS and google maps yet located along the road which leads to Setti Fatma and before the junction for Oukaimeden.

After a 9-day roadtrip where we were very happy with the 9 hotels selected by Tripadvisor, we were very disappointed by this riad where we had paid and didn't even stay to sleep. Staff reduced to 2 people. A steep climb of 50m from the road to access the poorly signposted hotel. Very cold and disillusioned welcome unlike the other riads where we stayed. We noted the disgusting cleanliness of the room (stained toilet, soaps opened and partly put back in their packaging on the sink, questionable sheets, carpet in front of the bed full of dust.) After reporting it, nothing was done to change rooms or at least clean the bathroom and change the sheets. We hastened to call the riad where we were going the next day who was kind enough to welcome us the same day. To conclude, we think that this riad had splendor before covid, but the current state of disrepair (note tinkered and faulty air conditioning in the room) and the lack of staff to clean, ventilate and prepare the rooms are crippling .

Disappointing welcome, Difficult to find poorly signposted. Access to the riad complicated because of the steep climb. Access for suitcases behind the riad. Dirty room and bathroom, I had to ask to clean. Towels used! Hanging ones that I showed to the manager....Soiled toilet! Beautiful photos on the site certainly before covid, Unfortunately the reality is that this riad was not maintained and we did not stay.
