Pontos fortes: Pequeno almoço, localização e espaço dos quartos Pontos fracos/a melhorar: SPA ser cobrado à parte, sem aviso prévio por parte das rececionistas, espaço do ginásio não faz sentido existir (muito pequeno e com apenas 3 máquinas de cardio), não ter estacionamento no hotel (necessidade de pagamento adicional em parque externo, que pode variar entre 10€ e 17€, dependendo da altura do dia), sendo que por se tratar de um hotel no centro da cidade dificulta imenso. Seria, também, importante que a amabilidade do pessoal da receção melhorasse, pois foram pouco cooperantes e empáticas.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Hotel totalmente nuevo en el pleno centro histórico de Ourense con spa. El desayuno excelente: muy variado y con productos para celíacos, leche de avena, fruta, etc. Las habitaciones y baño impecables, la ducha excelente. La relación calidad-precio inmejorable.
