Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l'**Hotel Oberje DLa Viere** a Oulx, e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero memorabile. L'atmosfera calda e accogliente tipica di un hotel di montagna è palpabile sin dall'ingresso, perfetta per chi cerca relax e comfort. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile, con spazi curati nei minimi dettagli e dotati di tecnologia moderna, incluse TV di ultima generazione. Un altro grande vantaggio è la possibilità di effettuare il check-in online, che rende l'arrivo pratico e veloce. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con professionalità e gentilezza. Oulx è stata una bellissima scoperta: un borgo affascinante e tranquillo. Tra le attività consigliate, il pellegrinaggio alla Madonna di Oulx è stato per me un momento di grande emozione e spiritualità. Un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente, tornerò sicuramente!

Hotel molto carino in una struttura antica, camere comode e molto pulite! Per noi la posizione era ok anche se non vicinissima al centro( distante una decina di minuti a piedi). Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione

Séjour d'une nuit dans une chambre TRES BRUYANTE ( voiture, camions et bruit des clients de la pizzeria en face. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre (pas de clim) malgré la chaleur !! Le parking (municipal) n'est pas vraiment à proximité : il est situé en haut de la rue (en pente) difficile de faire rouler les valises avec les rues pavées. Aunue notice pour la fonctionnement de la télé (plusieurs boitiers...) ca n'a pas fonctionné. Le seul point positif ; le petit déjeuner trés correct. Malgré cela nous n'y retournerons pas !

Struttura merita ottime recensioni dalla pulizia impeccabile alla colazione abbondante e buona cucina. Il personale è molto cordiale e professionale. Noi siamo soddisfatti e ci siamo rilassati tanto.

Bello l'hotel con camere spaziose e mobili vintage. Buona la pulizia interno camera e della biancheria. Peccato che gli accessori siano un pò trascurati tipo porta bagno con serratura divelta, rubinetto del bidè con filtro intasato e TV con decoder non funzionante. La signora della reception, gentilissima, sembrava ci sollecitasse ad andare a mangiare in altri luoghi invece che nell'hotlel. Colazione non inclusa nel nostro prezzo a 8 € a persona.

Struttura antica e bella ma necessita di manutenzione. I muri presentano delle crepe e le pareti andrebbero almeno pitturate. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era molto piccola e male illuminata. Televisione vecchissima. Nel complesso accettabile ma il prezzo pagato è decisamente troppo caro per il servizio offerto. La colazione "misera". La gestione affidata ad un solo giovanissimo ragazzo che anche se volenteroso non riusciva a tenere sotto controllo tutto. Ogni mattina mancava qualcosa: i piatti, le posate, l'acqua, le pinze per servirsi. La cosa veramente inaccettabile è stata la totale assenza degli accorgimenti COVID 19. Non era presente alcun disinfettante per le mani ed il buffet della colazione non era protetto. Il management in sostanza ASSENTE.

Ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni riguardo una camera prima di fare la prenotazione e mi hanno rimandato a un numero whatsapp a cui ho scritto i miei dubbi. Dopo aver visualizzato senza risposta ho aspettato due giorni visto che l’host ha detto che aveva detto che mi avrebbe ricontatto. Dopo due giorni ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto che stavano organizzando le camere per soddisfare tutte le richieste affermando che mi avrebbero tenuto la camera. Dopo non aver ricevuto una ulteriore risposta ho chiamato e mi hanno detto che non avevano più posti disponibili. Ho trovato un servizio pessimo è uno staff niente disponibile
