Outbuilding in yard where a room for sleeping. Room has sofa bed, underfloor heating and electric light.
Carport for two cars. Lean-to in the courtyard. Korpirinne is modern villa in a quiet area. A neighboring cottage on the other side of the villa, no neighbors on the terrace side. Surrounding areas has marshland, including between the cottage and shore. Good berry picking areas.
Snowmobile trail 5 km, to which the junction is 200 m away. Forest roads and paths suitable for hiking and mountain biking.
Nuijamiesten Lava, popular dance floor 8 km, Sankivaara golf course 28 km, Eden Spa 48 km. Oulu center services 45 km.
