Overall, this hotel is very good. The staff at the lobby desk are very considerate. I checked in too late on the first night and found that the washbasin in the bathroom was broken, which surprised me! The next day, we negotiated with Ctrip to change rooms. Although the breakfast was not very rich, it had a well-balanced mix of meat and vegetables. It was no problem to feel full. It was only a few minutes' walk to the city center!

Diese vielen positiven Bewertungen verstehe ich nicht. Waren bereits in einem Lappland Hotel und in einigen 4☆ Hotels. Bis auf das Grunddesign ein absoluter Reinfall! Hier unsere "Highlights": -Bett durchgelegen -Sauna bei den Herren aus -Die der Frauen nur für max 3 Personen und die sollten sich wirklich gut kennen! -Keine Bodylotion in der Sauna oder im Zimmer -"Fitnessbereich" zum Heulen -Pool ohne große Motivation ans Design angepasst -Kamen um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück. Superwenig kontinentales Essen. Tische nicht abgeräumt. Benutzte Teller werden nicht geholt. Ein Heißgetränk, danach muss man darum bitten. 40 Minuten kein klares Wasser, nur aromatisiert. Teilweise war gar kein Personal sichtbar. Der Omlett-Koch war mal da, mal nicht. Buffet schmuddelig (z.B. der Bereich um das Rührei). -Frühstücksbereich in einem Atrium wo jeder hätte vom Balkon auf unsere Teller hätte "schauen" können. Ekelhaft. Insgesamt ein altes Hotel in das der Lappland Hotel Stil ergänzt wurde. Schlechter Service bis auf die Rezeption und die 3h Gratis-Rad. Keinesfalls sein Geld wert. Dies war das erste Mal, dass ich in einem 4☆ Hotel freiwillig Toast gegessen habe. Damit haben wir bei Buchung wirklich nicht gerechnet.

Great hotel very centrally located. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Apologies to the other scandi chains, but this chain is best by a way: great design, friendly, service and the best breakfasts! Good value compared to other options around.
