A beautiful hostel, but it needs professional managers, especially at the reception and at the management level. The food is very good. The cleanliness is excellent. The location is very far from the necessary facilities. The rooms are rather small but beautiful. They have a desk and a chair. They have Wi-Fi and air conditioning. I recommend it to business owners and cars.

June 3 at 5:30 p.m. Very very bad hotel, this is my second visit and it's the last. The first I came to have a coffee with friends on the terrace, the waiter took an hour just to serve us even though we had only had cold drinks. The second time which is today I said to myself let's give them a second chance, I arrived at the terrace there wasn't even a waiter, I had to wait 40 minutes then I called the operator in telling him that I've been waiting for 40 minutes and that this is the second call for him to send me a server, he told me to go and ask the server manager on the 8th floor and he hung up on me at nose. The waiter when he came apologized for the delay and told me that there was nothing to order, neither juice nor a simple can of soda nor even a small cake, there was only coffee and some water. I find it unacceptable that a switchboard operator speaks in this way and cuts in the face of customers, know that he spoke to me very unkindly, he scares away customers in this way. Then it's a 4 star hotel I think that the minimum there must be in an open cafeteria. I think the hotel should go out of business and it's a real shame because the decor is there, the terrace is magnificent (despite the fact that it is dirty) but unfortunately the service is really bad! TO FLEE.
