Nous avons séjourné dans la villa 2 chambre, bel établissement, très calme, dommage qu’il y a aucune ambiance ou groupe le soir. Beaucoup trop d’insectes et cafards, mouches qui dérange même dans la villa, insectes au niveau du restaurant sur la plage dès que l’on pose les plats. Cerise sur gâteau, 3 chats qui se mettent sur les tables et mangent dans les assiettes et contenants sur les tables, personne ne semblait être dérangé du personnel. Nous avons réclamé à plusieurs reprises mais aucune intervention jusqu’au moment ou on a annule le reste de notre commande, le gérant nous a pas facturé ce que nous avions consommé. Les salons extérieur dans la villa n’était pas propre poussière et humidité… bref très bel établissent c’est dommage que l’hygiène ne soit pas au rendez vous!

Une horreur total et complète à éviter service nul - nous avons été mal reçu c est très cher et le staff pas du tout formé il y avait même des propriétaires on leur interdise ER acces - in vrai mauvais films - une honte à l hôtellerie marocaine hospitalière -

Nous sommes partis un samedi en famille pour déjeuner et passer la journée à la plage privée. Le cadre est magnifique mais la restauration ne vaut pas du tout son prix. La pizza Burrata m'a été servie avec uniquement une sauce tomate et un semblant de burrata ( de très fines lamelles à peine visible pour 160 ou 180 DH la pizza vraiment abusé). Mon mari a commandé une assiette poisson grillé, il y avait 3 sardines grillées 3 crevettes et un peu de calamar à un prix cher pour ce que c'est … Il n'y avait pas de savon dans les toilettes chose inexcusable pour cette établissement surtout en temps de covid.

l'horreur sur place le PGG et le directeur des opérations du site n'ont rien à voir avec l' 'hôtellerie ni la gestion et c'est aussi le cas du personnel du site . un vrai massacre au niveau de l’hôtel pour les clients , le personnel et les prestataires extérieures
