Étape d'une nuit à Ouistreham où nous avons pu apprécier cet hôtel. L'accueil y est chaleureux. Les chambres sont très confortables et très propres. Le petit déjeuner est parfait et le personnel veille à ce qu'il ne manque rien sur le buffet. Le moment détente à la piscine, irremplaçable !!!

Booked late but did not realise there was a supplement for my wife to stay as a second person. Don’t know why, it made no difference as we had not paid for breakfast.Also slipped and fell on slippery shower floor, hurting my back. Dangerous . Meant to be a walk in shower, but so slippery when wet. Did report to reception, but note made but no real interest.

Accueil chaleureux, hotel très propre et dans un endroit calme ,pour 1 nuit la chambre était propre et nous avons profité de dîner au restaurant Pan-am attenant à l'hôtel ,à 25mn de la plage à pied + le soleil était présent 👍 que demander +😀😍

Book somewhere cheaper - the premium for this hotel is not worth it - there are plenty of budget hotels in town which provide the same rooms in better locations with better service. We specifically booked this hotel as it is advertised as having air conditioning. It does not - this only works at certain times of year. The staff simply said, rudely, that there was nothing to do and that it was ‘not that hot’. Avoid.

Very good/perfect location
Perfectly ok and well situated for Brittany ferries.
Very friendly helpful staff.
Only downside was that the restaurant was fully booked and I was unable to eat there.

un bemol pour le'odeur d'egout dans le chambre et le prix du petit dejeuner : 28 euros....
