Great for an overnighter before the ferry. We had the family room which had 2 bedrooms which was amazing and not easy to find. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and there was secure parking. Breakfasts start from 6 which was perfect when going on the early ferry. Staff were helpful and polite. All in all, we had a great stay.

Came to this hotel on a tour group so I did not have a choice. Did not help it was during France's highest heatwave and it was extra unfortunate that the AC was not working. Rooms were extremely hot and stuffy. Everything was dingy, thankfully I checked my bed and no bedbugs. Sleeping was so uncomfortable and I had to spend two nights here. Breakfast was extremely bland. Only star is for the nice staff.

Very small room. Not many rooms face the harbour.Clean and comfortable bed, but lacks any sort of personal touch. Bath very small and narrow. Contintal breakfast OK. Lacking in any safety features . I e smoke alarms, sprinklers, no signage on the door regarding emergency exit. Defibrillator in reception is hiding behind a plant with no signage to say where it is. Not in the centre of town as stated. So a good walk to Riva Bella beach which has it all going on.

This is a perfect location for the UK Ferry, the hotel is directly oppositethe ferry terminal. The facilities, rooms and breakfast match exactly the description of the hotel on the ACCOR website. The front of house staff member Pauline is lovely and very efficient, she is a credit to the hotel. Lorsqu'une belle Rose s'en va vers un monde meilleur, le temps viendra d'ouvrir votre cœur à une autre belle Rose.

Visited on 29/5/25 for 3 nights to visit Normandy sights . The hotel is close to the port and is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is continental . The bar was closed for refurbishment and there is free WiFi and parking . Overall this is a cheaper alternative and adequate for a few nights stay .

Very disappointed with this hotel. Small room. Heating not working. Fixed on day 3 of a 4 day stay. No menu for evening meal which was not cooked onsite and brought in. No food choice. Breakfast acceptable. Beds comfortable. 3 pillows for 2 people.

Really basic hotel with tiny rooms. Air conditioning is currently being fitted. Our room ( or cabin) overlooked a flat roof. Bathroom was like a ferry bathroom and very basic. There are hotel has secure parking for €5.50. There are a few decent restaurants 15 mins walk away. The staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was ok. Wouldn’t stay here again as the size of the room plus luggage didn’t work over well.

Awful little hotel keep clear, Tiny rooms, no tea or coffee, staff not very helpful and the bar is unresouced with no atmosphere. Breakfast is OK but basic. There are some nice restaurants nearby, reasonably priced with good food at helpful staff.
