Air condition never worked. 30c plus in room all night. The place is keep dark at night. Shower takes forever to work. This is a property being cheap all the way around. Need two day notice for a meal.

Todo fue perfecto. Las habitaciones, los espacios comunes, el patio central. Maravillosa y gran piscina perfectamente acondicionada. La comida excelente. Tuvimos un problema con el coche de alquiler y nos apoyaron y ayudaron. Nos brindaron de forma gratuita una habitacion para esperar a la reparacion. Estamos enormemente agradecidos.

El hotel muy bueno, limpio y muy atentos en todo momento, tuvimos un problema con nuestro coche y se volcaron en ayudarnos, y facilitar todo . Da gusto , . Las instalaciones perfectas con la piscina nueva . La comida otro lujo . Encima a precios correctos , sin dudarlo para repetir.

Beautiful, peaceful hotel with lovely, attentive staff. Food is delicious with great service. Abdel and mustubfa couldn’t do more for us during our stay, nothing was too much. We will definitely be returning for another quiet getaway in the sun.

Absolutely stunning The views are to die for The staff Abdel ,Mustubfa very kind friendly can't help you enough. The food stunning . Lamb was to die for . Rooms very authentic Beds comfy. Duvets super soft . Look forward to returning next year again .

Alles sehr gut ausser Pool hatte zuwenig Chlor drin. War trüb und nicht klares Wasser leider. Ansonsten sehr nett und feines Essen. Kellner zum Teil vergesslich. Frühstück war limitiert. Für jeden nur 1 Orangensaft usw. Das ist ein bisschen schade.

Nous sommes partis avec 3 enfants de 8, 11 et 13 ans. Notre chambre était donc composée d'un lit double et de 3 lits simples (avec rideaux de séparation). La salle de bain etait particulièrement belle en tas de laque rouge et lavabos en cuivre. Nous avons mangé de très bons plats tous les soirs (la meilleure soupe HARIRA, tajines, desserts - portions généreuses !). La Kasbah est peuplée de 2 paons, de tortues et de chats. Ce qui a fait le bonheur des enfants ! Un décor marocain chaleureux, tout comme l'accueil d'ailleurs !!! Toute l'équipe très serviable sait se rendre disponible et apprécie l'interaction avec les clients. Le fait que la Kasbah ne soit pas en plein centre de Ouarzazate permet de se retrouver dans un environnement calme. Ce qui est excellent après des journées de visites. Pour information, la piscine sera terminée en 2011. Gros plus pour cet havre de paix !... Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner pour notre prochaine escale à Ouarzazate. Inch allah.
