Would like to caution those looking to book at this property. There is only one listing on Trip.com currently but there are actually 2 properties under the same company (this has already been flagged to Trip.com so hopefully it will be rectified soon!)
I booked to stay in a double room at RS Karam Palace. We arrived and was immediately told to go to their “annex” because we did not “upgrade” to stay at the “palace”. Showed them the booking and confirmation and was still told to go to the annex.
When I asked if the annex was the same , they told me “better”.
Well well, the annex (called RESORT instead, see key photo) is still under construction and renovation. Does not have a location tag on google maps yet, see map photo. Room is very different and definitely worse from that in the current listing online. No pool, no facilities. Service staff at the annex was slightly better, finally upgraded us to a better room within the same annex but told us to take it up with booking agency.
Thankfully Trip.com is already aware of this issue but in case it takes awhile for rectification, this is to inform everyone!

衞生：衞生還不錯，衞生間挺大
環境：有泳池，整體環境還可以
服務：前台還算熱情，就是房卡製作了四次才能進房間也是醉了

Friendliness and excellent location, good buffet breakfast, large swimming pool, very clean and well-kept gardens, spacious and comfortable rooms, air conditioning, small refrigerator and TV (only Arabic channels, free parking at the hotel door, perfect for a nice meal in Quarzazate or a night on the way to the desert or the gorges

Overall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service.
Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

Hotel molto vecchio e sporco. Imbarazzante che sia ancora utilizzato dai tour operator. Non riesco a trovare lati positivi, buffet indecente, sporcizia ovunque, insetti in camera. Cercate o chiedete di meglio per non rovinarvi la vacanza.

Après plusieurs séjours au karam palace et au karam résidence, je laisse enfin un commentaire. Séjours liés au travail, avec des groupes ou en privé, accueil chaleureux, personnel aux petits soins, disponibles et à l'écoute des clients. Les buffets sont très beaux, bons et variés. Endroit très joli, raffiné. Un ++ pour les massages de Naïma qui a des mains magiques qui vous remettent en forme. Sans hésiter, je recommande à chacun d'y venir.
