Would like to caution those looking to book at this property. There is only one listing on Trip.com currently but there are actually 2 properties under the same company (this has already been flagged to Trip.com so hopefully it will be rectified soon!)
I booked to stay in a double room at RS Karam Palace. We arrived and was immediately told to go to their “annex” because we did not “upgrade” to stay at the “palace”. Showed them the booking and confirmation and was still told to go to the annex.
When I asked if the annex was the same , they told me “better”.
Well well, the annex (called RESORT instead, see key photo) is still under construction and renovation. Does not have a location tag on google maps yet, see map photo. Room is very different and definitely worse from that in the current listing online. No pool, no facilities. Service staff at the annex was slightly better, finally upgraded us to a better room within the same annex but told us to take it up with booking agency.
Thankfully Trip.com is already aware of this issue but in case it takes awhile for rectification, this is to inform everyone!

環境：有泳池，整體環境還可以
服務：前台還算熱情，就是房卡製作了四次才能進房間也是醉了

Friendliness and excellent location, good buffet breakfast, large swimming pool, very clean and well-kept gardens, spacious and comfortable rooms, air conditioning, small refrigerator and TV (only Arabic channels, free parking at the hotel door, perfect for a nice meal in Quarzazate or a night on the way to the desert or the gorges

Overall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service.
Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

It’s such a nice vibe the bar and the pool, really loved the outdoors! Nice staff as well we were greeted with delicious cookies and tea, the hotel seems to have all the tourists. The room is not bad, pretty clean. Recommend for those who want to visit!

This is a good hotel. The pool area has great seating and a bar. The dining area is nice with excellent service and good food. There is also a bar near reception that shows sports and music videos. The rooms are a good size with a couch and king bed. The bathrooms are a good size with ok finishings. T.V. is pointless, but I don't travel to watch t.v. Some travel companions had dirty rooms, but our 2 rooms were fine.

Habitaciones son cómodas, amplias y en planta baja, están muy limpias. Jardines cuidados, con música en vivo por la tarde, el bufet tanto de la cena como el del desayuno está muy surtido y el personal de la recepción muy, muy amable que te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas para que tu estancia sea agradable.

Nous avions déjeuné dans cet hôtel - on a dégusté un excellent agneau grillé aux herbes avec un accompagnement de légumes riz nappé d'une sauce exquise- on a pu féliciter le jeune chef Ali Mouch- je crois- pour son inventivité et expertise en cuisson- de plus ce fut très copieux -on a eu 3 grandes côtelettes d'agneau bien grillées et tendres !! le dessert flan au caramel et salade de fruits furent très bons nous avions ensuite demandé à voir les chambres pour le prochain séjour à ouarzazate- L hôtel est de niveau 4 étoiles vraies! standard Marrakech - chambres et salle de bain luxueuses de très bon gôut- modernes avec une petite note de berbère nous prendrons certainement la prochaine fois la ' très belle suite de HASSANII avec balcon terrasse donnant sur la piscine!! ce que nous avons aimé c'est la grande terrasse du fond entourée de vitres -ouverte sur la ville- tout en étant préservée des bruits- un havre de paix -- pour des cours de yoga!!! félicitations aux architectes décorateurs/ décoratrices et félicitations au directeur qui nous a si bien accueillis solange et jean françois Stevenet
