It was convenient to walk from the airport. The room was not too small and was very nice, but the lighting was very dim, so I wish it was a little brighter. The poolside was the best, with flowers, birds chirping, the sound of the water flowing, and a pleasant breeze. We had a wonderful time. I think this hotel is very good value for money. The reception staff were all very polite, kind, and pleasant. I was very satisfied! If I go to Ouarzazate again, I would like to stay here again♡

The greatest advantage of this hotel was the fact that one was only a 15 minute walk away from Ouarzazate's ciry centre. The disadvantage regarding my bedroom was that it had no window at all (a curtain suggested its existance, but once you drew it, it was plain wall). Despite this the hotel was quite nice, with quite a few amenities and the buffet was among the best I came across in this region.

It is a five-star hotel, but the facilities are slightly old, the room WiFi is sometimes not available, breakfast is the simplest in my entire trip, I don't know if it is because of the small number of guests. Looking at the staff a lot, but there are bird shit on the pool and chairs. More than 2,000 nights of room rate, too worthless

Sadly was very disappointing experience. A very dated hotel. As already written in previous reviews, uncomfortable beds, poor shower, not clean, wi fi sporadic. They appear to cater to locals who come into bar area to watch the sports chanel. I had requested a match be shown one evening, sadly a man who was not a guest helped himself to the remote and changed channels. This was not challenged by staff. Pool was clean, sun loungers again dated and very uncomfortable. The whole pool area is filled with starving cats, this was very distressing. Some were quite badly injured, three legs on one. It meant you couldnt have a snack outside as all the cats surrounded you screeching for food. Too far out of the town. Staff, in the main, pleasant.

This hotel is a regular hotel, very close to the movie city, right at the door, but the movie city is really simple! Alas! Morocco can't come again for the second time! ! There is no decent place throughout the whole journey

The hotel is very elegant and the room is very warm. Also very clean. The waiter's attitude is very good and the efficiency is very high. Breakfast for us has milk, coffee tea, Moroccan bread, fried eggs. There is also French bread. I travel with my parents. The hotel owner said that the elderly have inconvenient legs and feet, and they can send the elderly's breakfast to the room. We thought it was better to forget it. The family sat in the lobby and had breakfast together. Because the hotel does not have an elevator. It is not convenient for the elderly to go upstairs. The hotel owner has been saying sorry, sorry, sorry. But they have a lift to send luggage to the second floor. Check-in and check-out are the luggage that the waiter helps carry. The fly in the ointment is that there are not many remote businesses around the hotel, and there is nothing to go shopping.

We stayed here as 2 families with kids, the hotel is old but is well maintained and clean in, However we got a beetle in room which was not pleasing during the visit. We also took option of half board with breakfast and dinner but food options seemed limited Staff was very courteous and helpful - overall stay was good. The bathroom need to have ventilation and kettle in room will be much appreciate
