This hotel was beautiful! But looks can be deceiving. In our room, the tv, toilet and sink were broken along with no towels available. Though there were many cleaning and maintenance staff visible, service was extremely slow even though we were the only guests at the hotel!!! It took 1 hour to get pool towels, and the wait staff for lunch was no where to be found. When bringing these disappoints up with the management they seemed uninterested and annoyed. We were charged for parking despite the website advertising it was free private parking.
Though the pool was magnificent ( only good thing about the hotel ), I would not recommend this hotel. Service was horrible, we felt ignored as clients, and left as soon as the sun came up!

The employees are too nice and friendly (housekeeper, receptionist, waiters, valet….) the breakfast is offered by the establishment itself it was not diversified but that does it on the other hand it is necessary to maintain the rooms but overall I rate 8/10 for a 4 star hotel

Restaurant : Mauvais Nous étions un groupe de 12 adultes et 5 enfants pour le dîner. Nous étions seuls, un damedi soir, ce qui était de mauvaise augure. - Eclairage déficient et incontrôlable près de la baie vitrée, nous avons demandé à migrer vers une partie du restaurant où l'on pouvait au moins voir le visage de son voisins de table. Pas de problème,...quand on est seul dans le restaurant. - De nombreux plats de la carte n'étaient pas disponibles. - Nous avons attendu 45' pour recevoir les entrées. - Les enfants n'ont pas été servis plus rapidement ce qui est la bonne pratique dans la restauration. - Ce que nous avons mangé n'était pas bon - Service médiocre et bruyant - Paiement par carte à la réception de l"hôtel auprès d'un personnel désagréable - Cerise sur le gâteau, on nous demanda de payer le parking pour nos véhicules garés dans la cour de l'hôtel (environ 3 Euros par véhicules). Cette mesquinerie était de trop. Quelle prétention de s'appeler "Château" pour abuser la clientèle qui réserve à distance. Il se dit que le propriétaire est un natif du Maroc qui aurait fait fortune aux USA. Légende ou réalité ? Si c'est une réalité, ramener les standards américains du nord en matière de qualité de services à la clientèle dans cet établissement, serait une riche idée.

Petit déjeuner mériocre , tres tres limité pas de choix sains ... pas de choix tout court ,meme les petits pains n'y sont pas, pour un hôtel qui ne propose pas le all inclusive , au moins faites des efforts sur ce seul repas . Check out à 10h30 , Il ne vaut pas du tout le prix. La vue est jolie certes allez y pour un café mais pas pour un séjour :)
