Il arrive fréquemment qu'un second séjour soit moins agréable que le premier pour des raisons diverses...Rien de tel à la Sultana où tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Tout est parfait : le personnel est d'une parfaite courtoisie, la gastronomie est au rendez vous avec une qualité digne d'une grande table et le décor est tout simplement magique avec cette vue apaisante sur la lagune et les oiseaux de la réserve naturelle...

If it is possible to give a six star rating I would. LA Sultana @ Oualidia was truly remarkable. The hotel sits on property that is hard to image is only for guests of 11 rooms total. The grounds are sprawling and you really feel the space is all just for you. Situated on a tidal lagoon, the bird wildlife is amazing. The oysters harvested from the lagoon are top notch and we have never had fresher. The service is impeccable, that kind of service that is never in your face or feeling even a bit stuffy but whenever you may need something someone just magically appears. Can not wait to return!

Outstanding service by a team that learns your name as soon as you step on the property. Our servers, Rafik and Moutapha, made our dining experience so enjoyable. We stayed in the Treehouse room and it was a delight. The overall property is an oasis.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour dans ce lieu exceptionnel. Le staff de l'hôtel est aux petits soins, à l'écoute et très professionnel. De nombreuses petites attentions nous ont été adressées et c'est ce qui a rendu notre séjour très spécial. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à la panorama room, la chambre est très spacieuse et dispose d'une cheminée intérieure ainsi que d'un petit jacuzzi naturel extérieur. Nous avons pu tester le restaurant de l'hôtel à trois reprises les fruits de mers locaux sont très bons. Nous avons également pu profiter d'un spa massage Rituel La sultana signature, un moment de repos hors du temps que nous recommandons fortement. Enfin, l'hotel dispose d'une riche panoplie d'activités autour de la lagune, n'hésitez pas à être curieux : nous avons fait un tour en barque, très agréable!

My husband and I visited La Sultana late October 2024. We stayed in the Pirate suite which was absolutely amazing. The accommodation, food, service, and location were all incredible and the team could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We had a couple of trips on the lagoon and the bird watching was spectacular. The Picnic on the beach was a beautiful experience and the afternoon was one we will always remember. We cannot recommend the hotel enough, it was so special and we would love to return. Thankyou to the team at La Sultana for making our trip so memorable.

La Sultana was a beautiful place. Unfortunately for us it was a rainy stay. But the indoor pool was a wonderful alternative. Hot tub could've been hotter. Because of the massive amount of rain, we had some water come in our room We were relocated to a suite and had other compensation. So that was great. The one thing that I didn't like was that you basically had to go outside to get to every place on the property. Because of the rain it was an inconvenience. But overall a really nice stay.

The staff is outstanding. They are attentive and available throughout the stay. It is likely the best customer service I have received after traveling to many countries. The restaurants were fantastic, they remembered which bread I liked! The guides, activities, and personal attention were fantastic

Das La Sultana in Oualidia ist ein wundervolles Paradies zum Ausspannen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, der Service grossartig! Auch im Restaurant wurde man hervorragend bedient, Sonderwünsche, die nicht auf der Karte waren, waren gar kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist einfach fantastisch. Das Spa klein aber schön. Aktivitäten (z.Bsp. Surfen) wurden super einfach organisiert und die Tasche mit Handtüchern und Wasser stand parat. Zusätzlich muss man das Super Engagement der Rezeption / des Concierge für alle Sonderanfragen hervorheben.
