Hôtel au top, je note des efforts à faire sur l’animation. Nous étions avec un enfant, il aurait été plus pratique de nous proposer une chambre avec une facilité d’accès.

Très bon accueil de toute l’équipe dès notre arrivée et tout le long de notre séjour. L’hôtel possède tout l’essentiel pour passer d’excellente vacance aussi bien en famille que entre amis ( mini club enfant, activité et soirées d’animations tout le long de la semaine) . Je recommande à 100% cet hôtel et reviendrais passer de futur vacance sans hésitation!

Hôtel très accueillant, les animateur et tout le staff sont tous toujours souriant, sympa et se plie en quatres pour nous satisfaire. J'ai d'ailleurs prévue de revenir avec des amis car que se soit en famille ou entre amis on ne s'ennuie pas et on profite de nos vacances au maximum !!

Really nice hotel rooms are clean spacious pool area is really nice entertainment staff were really friendly and bar staff were friendly reception were helpful when ever we needed anything would recomend doing the quad trip into the desert would definitely come back

We had a great stay here for the last week of April and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff(all) are fantastic, very friendly and genuinely will do anything to assist you and ensure your stay is excellent. Whilst we did not travel with children the animation team were also great and really engaged well with guests and visitors alongside some activities for the adults if you wish! The drinks from the pool bar were good quality, good quality wine and handmade cocktails. The pool area has a nice vibe, some atmosphere but not too much. The hotel is of a great standard and kept immaculate. The room was not the biggest we have stayed in across the world but was to a good standard and again well kept, not all rooms have a balcony, I would request upon booking as it was helpful. There are some additional restaurants (Moroccan and Spanish) you can book into as part of your all inclusive with a small additional cost for some items, definitely worth it. The food in hotel is of a very good standard and I would be sure to visit the inside bar in an evening for top quality cocktails. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes by car into Marrakesh and the hotel has a good frequency of shuttle bus so you can visit the delights of Marrakesh, which is also a great experience! I make a pact to always try somewhere new when holidaying, but it will be very tempting to re visit if his hotel!

Nous sommes partit à Marrakech du 21 avril au 2 mai 2024. L’accueil est chaleureux et les animateurs sont très gentils. Je remercie Zeo, Walid, Gege, Soufiane et tout les autres. Une grande piscine très agréable. La nourriture est très bonne et la cantine très propre. Merci pour tout.

Très bon hôtel très bien accueilli . Hôtel très propre . Repas très sympa puis animation au top ! Les activité sont sympa et les spectacle sont très magnifiques ! Je recommande nous avons passer un excellent séjour nous reviendrons dès que l’ont peux !
