Highly recommend. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast is phenomenal. There is obviously a lot of time and money being invested into the hotel, and the owner was friendly, accessible and clearly interested in making sure we had a good stay.

Wir waren kürzlich mit 6 Personen zu Gast im Restaurant Eibsen und möchten hier gerne unser aller Zufriedenheit zum Ausdruck bringen. Der vorhergehenden Kritik vom Hans(el) können wir uns zum Glück so gar nicht anschließen. Wir hatten im Restaurant reserviert und durften an einem schön eingedeckten Tisch Platz nehmen. Der Service war durchgehend aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Unsere Getränke wurden zügig serviert, gut gezapftes Bier und perfekt temperierte Weine und Mineralwasser. All unsere unterschiedlich gewählten Gerichte, auch Vorspeisen, wurden zeitgleich serviert und waren durchweg gut. Mein Favorit des Abends war der feurige Fischtopf, für den allein schon gebe ich glatt 5 Sterne. Preis/Leistung war insgesamt gut, unser aller Erwartungen wurden erfüllt, wir hatten einen schlnen Abend. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

wir waren am 11.08.22 um 19.00 Uhr zu Gast im "Zaubergarten" des Restaurants Hotel Eibsen in Otterndorf.Bei ca. 18 Gästen im sogenannten Zaubergarten wirkte der Kellner überfordert. Bei sehr warmen Temperaturen kam die bestellte Flasche Wasser nach einer halben Stunde, mein Bier kam früher war aber abgestanden. Meine Frau musste auf ihr Essen 1,5 Std. warten.Die Medaillons vom Hadelner Landschwein( 24 Euro) sowie die Kartoffelscheiben musste man mit der Lupe suchen. Beilagen waren nicht mit der Speisekarte identisch. Mein Filet vom Huhn(18 Euro) war lieblos auf dem Teller drapiert,hat mittelmässig geschmeckt. Die Holztische sind abgeblättert, sind unschön , der sogenannte Zaubergarten hatte schon länger kein Gärtner gesehen. Schade eigentlich. Unsere Kritik , die wir am nächsten Tag dem Inhaber vor Ort mitteilten nahm er zur Kenntnis.Wir wohnen hier in Otterndorf, und da wir im Oktober 2021 schon einmal ähnliche Erfahrungen im gleichen Restaurant gemacht haben, war dies unser letzter Besuch.Kundenbindung und profesioneller Service sieht unserer Meinung nach anders aus.
