Sonder The O'Connor Apartments Downtown

Good spacious apartment with cosy bed and nice view. The staff is very nice and the management via the app works very well. The gyms facilities are also very good and the location is within walking distance to all the sights. An underground car park is available for 20 dollars per day. The only drawback was the very loud air conditioning in the bedroom, which sounds like an aeroplane taking off and makes it impossible to have it on while sleeping.

Spacious, forgot a tooth brush and the front desk had extras, very easy to get around! Only thing was there was a smell that wasn’t pleasant in the room!

This was a wonderful experience, the check in online was so easy. I also loved my little apartment - it had everything I needed - even a little dishwasher so I didn't have to do dishes. I found my apartment very clean, which I am super particular about. Modern stovetop/microwave. The apartment gym was spacious, well maintained and lots of equipment. There were a few common areas for you to relax in . I am going to stay here the next time I come. It is close to some great areas too.

The small suite met expectations for a centrally located suite in Canada's Capital. Among entering, the complimentary ear plugs on the night side table were alarming, however; noise was no issue. Using the app as the key card was simple and intuitive. The main entry key pads were more responsive that the actual room keypad, however; all worked with with no need to contact support. Make sure to request a room cleaning should you want that "hotel" experience; otherwise, it's your room to maintain and clean throughout the stay. The only negative was that the shower walls were spotted with a variety of loose hairs from past guests. Everything else about the suite was spotless, but a bit more care from the cleaning team to ensure that hair on the upper portion of the shower walls is washed away will go a long way.

Our stay at Sonder was excellent. I will recommend it to the friends and family. Place is beautiful, you have access to most of the places as Sonder located in downtown. You can move out the building at any time and get what you want. Inside the room, you have everything that helps you to enjoy you stay
