Adam's Airport Inn

Due to bad weather at Pearson Airport in Toronto on Saturday, August 17th. Our flight with 12 others was diverted to Ottawa. Knowing this, all nearby Hotels were charging $250-$400 for a room plus fees and tax. Adams only charged me $160 plus fees and tax. The room had 2 Queen beds, so it could have slept 3 instead of just myself. Beautiful clean hotel and room. Great customer service from Emannuel!!! The free breakfast was awesome. Only a 10 minute cab ride $21.50 including tip. Use BLUELINE Taxi service.

This inn is exceptionally clean, the staff are courteous and knowledgeable on the area. The rooms are well appointed and the breakfast served was varied enough to fit any tastes. From hot eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast to cereals pastries and more.

A comfortable and spacious room, a very generous and tasty breakfast, and attentive and helpful staff. What more could you ask for, and all at a price to make you smile! If you are flying somewhere, you can even park your car here and grab a taxi (7 min ride).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a renovated bathroom. There was an excellent coffee machine in the lobby, a lovely breakfast, and free parking. All this at a very reasonable price and close to the airport. What more could one ask for? We will definitely return!

Traveled to Canada from NY for just an overnight trip. We were looking for value but got so much more at this lovely hotel. The entire environment is peaceful and welcoming: from the free water and coffee in the lobby, to the friendly staff, to the wonderfully soothing soft music. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've experienced with gluten free and dairy free options, both of which I require and almost never find on a free breakfast buffet when I'm traveling. All in all, I would definitely return to Adam's Airport Inn and would highly recommend it to others.

I'm almost afraid to write this, because everyone will see it and book the hotel - and it will always be not available to me. This hotel was just awesome. For a "motel" style hotel, I was unsure about it. I needed a hotel where I could leave my vehicle for a week while I took a vacation to Cuba. Most "park and fly" hotels in Ottawa do NOT offer the park and fly option in the winter months. I'm not kidding!! But this hotel lets you keep your vehicle there for up to two weeks. Check in was fast and the employees are friendly and polite. The lobby was decorated with Pointsettias and was pristinely clean!!! It had a cozy feel about it. I was only there for the night, but had I known how nice it was, I may have checked in earlier. My room was surprisingly clean (again). Bathroom was also spotless and everything worked well. Good pressure on the shower, etc. Nice, clean and new tub and toilet. The bed was also comfy. I was checking out at 3 a.m. for an early flight so I missed breakfast, but the man at the front desk said to ask when I checked out and they would supply me a muffin or yogurt (whatever I wanted) to take with me. There was a coffee machine RIGHT at the check-in counter and it was very good. Take out cups and real cream!! The hotel is very close to the airport and the staff at the hotel had a list of when to call taxis for people. Mine was waiting for me when I checked out. Impeccable service. The cost is about $20 to get to the airport. When I returned from my trip, my car was right where I had parked it in the front lot. They kept my keys at the front desk in an envelope. You have to show I.D. to get them back. Because there was so much snow when I got back, the taxi driver put my luggage in the lobby so I could get my car "shovelled" off. There had ben a massive snow storm while I was gone. I had hurt my back beforehand and shoveling all the snow off my car really pained me and I had to stop and go into the lobby to rest for a minute. The desk manager felt so bad for me that he carried all my luggage to the car for me and helped me shovel off the rest of the snow. I am taking another trip in a few weeks and guess where I am staying???? Thank you, Adam's Airport Inn for having compassion for me and being the best overnight park & fly hotel I have EVER been to.
