The room was converted from two apartments. There are two bedrooms for three people, each with a large bed. There is also a simple kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. It is very cozy. The breakfast is also OK, with eggs, meat, fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, various breads and cakes, etc. The location is also very good, close to the attractions. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. I loved the art throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great. We appreciated that check out is at noon. Will be staying here again on our next visit to Ottawa!

Although you need to transfer on the way, you can get there by bus from the airport and it is convenient as it is close to tourist attractions.
There are no washing machines or dryers, but there is a laundry nearby with friendly staff, which was open even on New Year's Eve, which was helpful.
However, I'm not sure whether it was TRIP.com's or the hotel's fault, but when I checked in I was told that I didn't have a reservation, and I almost had to look for a hotel late at night...
