None of the USB ports were working in the room

Reception said I was racist and kicked me out because I said **** in a non threatening way. Called the police too because I was racist even though that couldn’t be further from the truth. Asked to speak to a manager hoping to talk with someone more level headed. Nope he’s it:… I know there are videos of our interaction lol I would love to see it I would DIE if his boss did. As a traveller I’m allowed to be frustrated and mad. I’m allowed to curse. I wasn’t derogatory to him or even******** rude: Get better employees. I will never step foot here again.

The hotel is a little old, and the elevator is slow. When I booked, he said it was a standard room, but when I checked in, I was directly assigned a standard room, saying that this was how they arranged it. Everything else was fine, there was a Costco nearby, and a takeaway Chinese restaurant, which was quite convenient.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the environment is good
