I thought the room was ok I didn't really investigate my room until I seen a bug in bathroom then the bathroom. Was full of mold .I talk to front desk attendant which he told me that they was sold out so I had no choice but to stay .I went to speak to management he was not concern nor did he want to give me any compensation for that .he tried to give me 250 points that was already given to me because I am a diamond member . He told me they do deep cleans everyday but the amount of that was in the bathroom there no way .I was not rude but I will be calling choice and giving them the pictures of the mold so if at all I would stay away from here just because of management .comfort inn get new management that will take pride in their job cause he does not

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are attentive and quick to respond to any issues. Furthermore, the room televisions offer a very high-quality picture with a large screen. Each bed in every room I have stayed has four pillows with a variety of softness to accommodate everyones sleeping needs. Every room has a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee. The sink fixtures, lamps and lighting are well-maintained. I like the air-conditioning units In each room as they allow the fan to stay on continuously through the night if needed. I stay over 150 nights per year in various hotels for work. This Comfort Inn is a quality hotel in the Choice Hotel chain.

This was a pretty standard Comfort Inn, with clean rooms and basic amenities. The included Breakfast was just OK... same fare as at other Comfort Inn, but somehow not as good. Stayed there mainly because the pet fee is reasonable, and it's close to highway.

The hotel itself was mostly adequate but that's about the best I can say. disappointing that we were hit with an additional security deposit when we arrived. We were frustrated but not inappropriate, but when our card didn't go through for the extra charge, the person behind the counter said "if your behavior was better I would have waived it." That didn't sit right with me. The room had cracks all along the seams of the ceiling. The hotel pool was small but fine, however the hot tub was only about body temp and murky with algae. water was hued green and you couldn't see the bottom. in the room, the bed was the wrong size or not centered and my partner injured their leg on one of the supports that was sticking out. no bugs that we saw, bed was fine, bathroom was small but adequate. Probably won't be staying again.

I usually only go online to leave positive reviews, but I felt I needed to let people know about our experience in this hotel. The room they gave us was not clean. The carpet was stained, the pillowcases were stained, and the toilet was not clean (I won't go into detail but it had obviously not been cleaned properly). We told the lady at the front desk who did give us a new room that had been cleaned that day by a more reliable employee, she said. It was better, but still not up to good hotel cleanliness standards. We will never stay here again.

The girl at the front desk was not very inviting. I am an anxious and shy person myself, but working in the customer service industry you need to force yourself to be outgoing and pleasant to be around. The gentleman we spoke with upon checkout was definitely a lot friendlier.
The room was clean, however, you could tell that people had been smoking previously in the rooms because the area smelled of cigarettes. The air was stale and it was very dry in the room which led to stuffy noses and congestion in the morning.
I believe the breakfast time frame should be between 6-10am instead of ending at 9.
