This inn has received mixed reviews. It is three stories tall and has an elevator. The hot spring water is comfortable. I ordered the steak kaiseki, which also came with crab sukiyaki, and most of the food was delicious and plentiful. I gave it a five-star rating based on the quality of the food and the hot spring water. Both the receptionist and Nakai-san are old ladies, so communication may be a little difficult. The inn's specialty dish is sweet-simmered carp, but it was a pain to remove the small bones. Check-in is late, at 4:00 p.m., so it's difficult to adjust your arrival time. The alcohol vending machine seems to have been broken for some time. The cancellation policy is strict. The bath is closed from 10:30 to 7:00, but this is the first time I've stayed at a hot spring inn where I couldn't take a bath for 8.5 hours. Most of the customer dissatisfaction is probably due to the inn's management and operation.

I don't understand why it's rated so well. The use this time was not an overnight stay, but a day trip hot spring. First of all, the unpleasant response when I called to confirm the business of the hot spring for a day trip. I don't know if this was because we were just a day trip guest, but the response was annoying from beginning to end. (This was a conversation when an adult asked for something, so I don't understand why he behaved like that.) For that reason, I really didn't want to go, but it's already near the front of the hotel. I was in the area, so I tried to go without saying anything, so I disturbed you. Next is the proprietress at the front desk? response for It was just a simple temperature measurement, disinfection, payment, explanation of the location of the women's and men's baths (it was a normal reception work and a short exchange), but it was a high-pressure response. I don't think it's a customer business. And the ultimate is the essential bath. When you open the glass door to the bath from the dressing room, you will be amazed at the scenery that spreads out straight in front of you. Is it because the scenery that spreads out all the way to the glass is a promenade? It's a riverbed. You can see everything. I stood and thought whether I should turn back without taking a bath. Although it was in the countryside, I could see people walking. Damn, I don't want to waste 900 yen, so I get small and wash my body and soak in the hot water. . Depending on where you enter, you can see everything from the apartment. At least use frosted glass or put up a reed! I thought it was a bad game. If you are going, please be careful! I'm not satisfied with the customer service either, and I'll never go there again.
