9月22日入住，丟下一個蘋果原裝充電器和線，當時就打電話給酒店，無人接聽（攜程首頁電話）。10月1日再次入住，酒店表示沒見過，説可能是下位客人拿走了。酒店客房不做衞生嗎？其他地方落下東西在酒店，人家都會第一時間打電話給客人，你們這裏客人自己來找都找不到！！！
10月4日退房，人都走了，打電話過來説浴缸噴頭壞了要扣錢。入住時確實就發現他們家的浴缸噴頭是壞的，可能是經常被人弄壞，噴頭是整了一堆結構膠和浴缸粘住的，根本就是擺設。自己沒在意，走時候卻説是客人弄壞的。
酒店衞生一般般，在烏蘭鎮不敢有太高的奢望，但是請好歹把蟲子處理一下，草原上蟲子多能理解，但好歹把房間內部該處理處理一下，一種會飛的長得像大號長條形的七星瓢蟲，也不知道咬人不咬人，怪膈應人的。
名不副實，房價和服務不成正比，今後出差絕不會再去！
