Very nice hotel with great open air onsen. The dinner and breakfast buffet were amazing, we enjoyed the traditional japanaese dishes very much. Staff were also very nice and helpful, makes us feel warm and welcome.

A hot spring hotel with a very high CP value. Although dinner and breakfast are buffets, the food quality is not bad. The room should have been renovated, so it is very clean and new, and the environment is comfortable. If you choose to open the window in a room facing the river, you can hear the sounds of birds and the wind in the morning, which is very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is pretty big with 3 wings (building) linked together with plenty of car parking lots. The hotel looked dated but well maintained. There’s a shopping gallery @ lobby. Check in/check out is Smooth n fast. A female receptionist can speak mandarin （话语）maybe a Chinese descendent? There is nothing much to see and eat in the vicinity. It will b good to go for half board (dinner n breakfast), n to use the onsen before n after dinner, n before breakfast. The onsen is pretty big with a few indoor pools n a outdoor pool, all of good hot spring quality. The tatami room is spacious clean n need. There is good choices of food n desserts @ dinner n breakfast.

The hotel is great and all good except that the information (address and phone number published in the website is incorrect. Hence it has cause a lot of problem when using the GPS to locate the hotel.
