On a road trip needed to find a simple place to stay for the night. This place was affordable good location to the highway. The entire hotel was very clean. Linens and bedding were very comfortable and plentiful. Shower was great. Sharon Diane and Carlos were outstanding employees. Carlos worked front desk and the breakfast room and servicing it with a smile ! checking in the late afternoon was very pleasant, she was helpful when we ask for an additional chair for our room. One drawback was apparently the pool has been down for a long time, and it's still on different websites. That is an important item when we're traveling with children or on a very hot day. Management should update google and your individual website and make an update. We would recommend your place or stop again on another road trip. great value for the price.

Room was very clean and I was a little unsure about my stay, since it is an older property. Hopefully an update is scheduled
in the future. The staff was very welcoming.

Never expected such good hotel in a small town. They maintained the hotel very well. The stay was comfortable. The room was well equipped with everything. It was very good stay and near by to Palouse state falls park.

Very good
The people were very kind in my room was clean. My shower was very low and I had to bend down take it in it and I'm not super tall, I am 6'2. The mini fridge would also kick on and it was a little too loud for me at night. What I stay there again at the end of it, yes without question.

Staff was very pleasant. No elevator for Accessibility needs. All rooms have tub showers. ADA needs for accessibility room was a grab bar near toilet….a low profile 16-18” toilet….not accessibility friendly. Overall hotel needs room upgrades. Breakfast in AM was adequate with hot items available.

Property was very nice. I travel often for work and always enjoy stopping here. While not being the most high-tech or fancy establishment. The beds are clean and the showers are warm. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay around the Othello area.

The chairs are wobbly. Place seems clean enough but could maybe use a facelift.
