Tuve la oportunidad de pasar el fin de año y solo debo decir GRACIAS las experiencias y hospitalidad lo convierten en un lugar mágico que debes visitar en Ecuador. Las cabañas perfectas la comida deliciosa sumado a todo el encanto del lugar con el imponente Imbabura a la espalda y el majestuoso lago san pablo a tus pies. Un reconocimiento a todo el personal (Letty Odalis Alexandra etc) que se esmera 100%para que los visitantes se sientan en familia y se lleven un recuerdo imborrable. Feliz 2025 seguro regresaremos pronto

La Hostería Esta en un lugar hermoso ! Y sus instalaciones brinda las facilidades para disfrutarlo. La comida es muy buena Las habitaciones tipo cabaña son cómodas Bonitas limpias Su gente es local y bien capacitada En el restaurante y la recepción

El servicio es bueno, nos atendieron muy bien en el restaurante, aunque es súper demorado debido a la falta de personal … Las instalaciones están bien y cómodas las camas, no hay teléfono a recepción porque cierra( algo ilógico porque si necesitas algo nadie te atiende) Pero lo más ilógico de nuestra experiencia es el horario que mantiene la hostería, cierran lunes y mates , ósea si quieres quedarte la semana no hay como hacerlo, y sino es fin de semana hay instalaciones que no puedes ocupar. Me parece que uno paga una hostería para trato personalizado, además de no ser barato. Los niños sólo pueden usar un juego pero él área de niños cerrada ( solo por no ser fin semana ) Los botes y atracciones del lugar cerrados( solo por no ser fin de semana) Nos pareció un precio súper alto para no tener acceso ni al desayuno ( ya que el mismo se paga aparte )

Pésimo servicio en la cafetería. 15 minutos antes de las 6pm, un día domingo, y ya no sirven ni una agua aromática. Bajamos con una persona con discapacidad y nadie pudo avisar que ya no había servicio, a pesar que en el ingreso el horario indica hasta las 9pm. Se necesitan mejorar mucho estas cosas para mejorar el turismo del país. Muy lamentable

Pésimo servicio, llegamos un grupo de 8 pax, no fuimos recibidos en el restaurante. Nos indicaron que porwue ya "llegaba la lluvia" no podíamos sentarnos afuera. Nos dieron mesa adentro y nos pasaron los menos. Llegamos 17h45 pm y al ir a tomarnos la orden nos indicaron que sólo tenían pocos postres los cuales nos trajeron y uno de ellos estaba guardado. Luego quisimos ordenar bebidas calientes e indicaron que la cafetería estaba cerrada, el horario a la entrada indica servicio hasta las 20h00 pm. La salonera indicó que la persona encargada estaba en reunión, luego al pagar apareció una persona que amablemente se disculpó e indicó que el servicio después de la pandemia es solo hasta las 18h00 pm pero no está especificado ni se nos informó al llegar. Yo trabajo en la industria hotelera y despues de pandemia lo que se espera es ofrecer el mejor sevicio para reactivar la industria.
