Premier Inns are usually pretty good - basic but clean and cheap. Unfortunately this one suffers from really poor noise insulation between rooms - you can hear every conversation (and everything else - TV, shower, toilet and more…). So don’t expect a good night’s sleep unless your neighbours are quiet as mice. Also they have gone overboard with health / safety and water saving measures - no doubt to save them money. The tap in the bathroom will only do lukewarm water (you can’t move it towards the hotter setting) and the shower has the flow severely restricted. So don’t expect an invigorating shower in the morning. Stayed here a few times so it not just one or two rooms like this.

Stayed here to see family over the Christmas period, never used premier inn before but the Food and staff were absolutely amazing, steph on reception was so helpful! Rooms clean and cosy! Will definitely be coming back in the new year and will be using premier inns for all my trips!

This hotel is fantastic, one of the best ive stayed in. Clean, comfortable with great staff. Always greeting you with a smile and good morning. Breakfast in the restaurant was great, food was hot and presented well. One of the best I have stayed in, thank you to all

Excellent service from the moment you enter the building. Staff very helpful on the desk with directions as was visiting family and 1st time in this hotel. Breakfast was great with a large selection even for fussy eaters. Would recommend to family and friends.

Have stopped using premier inn sometime ago after poor sleep, food and wi fi experiences. Needed a convenient place to stay on way home and get an evening of work done so gave it another go. Reception staff friendly, room generic to all Premier Inns. Didn’t opt for any food because it’s always been poor. Unfortunately even with the enhanced wi fi option the signal was too poor to get any work done. There is only 3G signal in the area so you can’t hot spot off your phone. Really need to sort it

The bed was great. I slept really well. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. One problem the room had a strange smell - not bad - just strange and the water temperature in the sink kept going hot cold hot cold. They offered to change it but the alternatives didn't work. Dinner and breakfast were as expected and ticked all boxes. I would stay there again. Ample parking too.
