Osuna is amazing and this building is historically one of its gems. You know that you’re in a place of historical importance when groups are guided in to admire the patio of the building. It was a privilege to occupy our room (no 9 including a vestibule and anteroom), and despite the age of the building all ‘facilities’ worked perfectly. The WiFi was good and we appreciated the refrigerator. Our one minor downside was the breakfast. One small cup of coffee served with no offer of more and little more than cereal, bread cheese and cold meats and an array of very sweet things. We didn’t take up our prepaid breakfast on morning two. The staff were professional and efficient.

I initially wrote my review in error under the restaurant listing, which is very misleading because the restaurant appears to have closed down. At first sight this seems to be a very grand place to stay; it features on the tourist trail and groups come to look around. It is an historic building and the bedrooms seem very grand - we had the suite with the balcony over the front door. But the place seems to be run on a shoe string. With no restaurant or bar, no water or tissues in the bedroom, an empty fridge not a minibar, a kettle with nowhere to plug it in, this really isn’t a 4 star hotel. There is only one person on the reception who does everything, including serving coffee at breakfast. Please see the rest of my comments under the restaurant listing. A memorable experience, yes. Quite inexpensive (which should have been a clue), but luxury hotel this is not.

El edificio muy bonito pero necesita una reforma total y un diseño acorde. Parece un hotel de tres estrellas. El cuarto de baño anticuado e incómodo. El desayuno muy pobre. El personal encantador, y la ubicación perfecta para visitar Osuna.

Hotel enclavado dentro de un palacio que es una joya arquitectónica, tanto por la belleza de la fachada de entrada, como de su patio interior con claraboya de cristal, una fuentecita central y sillones . Una preciosa escalera nos conduce a la primera planta con galerÍa acristalada Alojados en una habitación doble superior, exactamente la nº 3, estuvimos muy contentos con la misma, tanto por la amplitud como por la decoración y limpieza. En uno de los extremos de la habitación una pequeña bóveda decorada .. La habitación dispone de dos grandes ventanales que dan a la fachada delantera del hotel ,lo que le dan mucha luminosidad a la estancia. El baño muy limpio, con calefactor y secador de pelo

Buenas. Jamas he estado en un hotel tan sucio y viejo (digo viejo, no antiguo). Vimos el hotel muy bonito en fotos, nos pareció un buen hotel 4 estrellas a un precio bueno y decidimos reservar 4 noches. Empezamos con que no tienen espacio reservado para bajar las maletas del coche. Luego hacemos el check-in y hasta la habitación varios escalones altos… Pero lo peor fue comprobar el lamentable estado de la habitación. Vieja, falta de muchísimos arreglos y sucia como no he visto otra en mi vida. No soy especialmente escrupuloso pero eso no era normal. Fuimos a buscar otro hotel por la zona inmediatamente y volvimos a anular. Lo único bueno la chica que nos atendió que no puso ningún reparo para abandonar el hotel (otra opción hubiese sido la denuncia inmediata) Es más, nos pidió disculpas… Pido por favor a quien asigne estrellas a los hoteles que se pase por este y le dé un repaso. Es un engaño lo que ofrecen en su web. Lástima. Tiene muchas posibilidades pero una nefasta gestión.
