Such a perfect little getaway near the Christmas markets of Strasbourg. We stayed here in December and were delighted with our pink wallpaper room that felt so classic. The staff was lovely and it was such a cute space. :)

De retour après 17 ans. Particulièrement intéressé par le spa, bien sûr 🤭. Pas de service au spa. Des mouches partout, WC hors service, piscine hors service - même le rideau en plastic est déchiré -, le tout délabré et plutôt sâle, pelouses non entretenues. Wow. Le bar a perdu son charme (le service par contre était très bien 👍🏻). Ils ont perdu une étoile et même 3 étoiles semblent encore trop. Comme dit: dommage (avec une petite larme dans le coin de l'oeil). Tempus fugit.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden, ein paar Tage hier zu verbringen, das Haus war uns bereits bekannt. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein Zimmer im „Schloss-Teil“, das deutlich heller und ruhiger ist als die Zimmer zum Fluss. Großzügig ist hier das Platzangebot, sparsam aber passend die Möblierung. Großes Bett mit guter Matratze, komfortabel ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit flauschigen Handtüchern. Einziges Manko: die Nachttischlampen, die eher verdunkeln als beleuchten. Das Restaurant ist recht klein und daher häufig ausgebucht, es empfiehlt sich, direkt bei Zimmerreservierung einen Tisch zu bestellen. Das Speisenangebot präsentiert sich überschaubar, aber es wäre für jeden etwas dabei. Leider war aber mein Wunschessen schon zu Beginn des Abends aus, ebenso der Wein meiner Wahl. Der Service ist freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, allerdings auch durch Firmenveranstaltungen doppelt belastet. Wer nicht mobil ist und keinen Tisch im Restaurant hat, hat das Nachsehen, denn Alternativen sind nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Das Schloss liegt an der Ill und ist eine idyllische Insel inmitten von Gewerbeflächen, die Anfahrt erzeugt nicht unbedingt Vorfreude, hinzu kommen zurzeit noch zahlreiche Baustellen. Aber davon bekommt man hier nichts mit, also nicht abschrecken lassen!

Personnel efficace et très aimable. Grande chambre et excellente literie. Climatisation inefficace. Très bon petit déjeuner. Excellent restaurant testé un soir. Très bel environnement et liaison facile avec Strasbourg. Dommage que la piscine ne soit plus utilisable.

Un endroit très agréable et calme. La chambre est très spacieuse et le lit confortable !
Léger bémol sur la lumière qui passe beaucoup trop dès 5h du matin.. il faudrait peut être revoir les rideaux ou installer quelque chose qui assombrie plus la pièce …
Dans tous les cas, je reviendrai !

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss. Das Frühstück war für den Preis gut und lecker. Etwas schade war, dass das Schwimmbecken außer Betrieb war. Ansonsten hat für uns alles gestimmt.
