Drugi pobyt tutaj i chyba ostatni... Przyjeżdżamy z powodu koni, niestety wskutek nieprzyjemnego zdarzenia wywołanego bałaganem, brakiem profesjonalizmu, niedodbaniem, czymkolwiek zdrowie lub nawet życie córki zostało narażone na szwank. Bałagan generalnie w organizacji, zamawiałam dwa osobne łóżka, było jedno. Za wypadek z koniem obiecano nie naliczać opłaty za jazdy -doliczono... Jedzenie wybitne faktycznie, śniadanie boskie, menu z karty świetne, jednak ceny - no mimo wszystko - kosmiczne i skandal z ceną za butelkę wody do kolacji 26 zł!! Zgrzyt straszny, klient zostawia parę setek za kolację, wstyd za tę wodę. Hotel zaczyna trącić myszką, mam wrażenie że potrzebny już remont.

Excellent! The property exceeded our expectations. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is a lot of storage space in the rooms. The beds are on the softer side which is hard to find in Europe. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. There are a lot of activities for children too including horseback riding. The breakfast and cafe have tasty options, but the food overall in the restaurants is a bit on the fancier side while we would have preferred more simple, classic options. It’s a great place to just relax for a few days. We ended up extending our stay for another night as we liked it si much here.

Me and my family have been going to this hotel for a long time. We love the food and the service is always very good. This is one of the best hotels ever. The pool is not very big, but the water is hot and it is fun to be there. There is a lot of place outside so walks are recommended. Most of the time it is very nice and quiet.

Location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by nature, but with easy access to ski area- KurzaGóra The meals were outstanding, - variety, quality, quantity. Very good selection of wine! Staff is very friendly and helpful all around the hotel - really everybody (every single one made us feel very welcome ). We had a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend it!

Cudowna atmosfera, miła obsługa, kosztowny luksus wart wydanych pieniędzy. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie - zarówno w wersji śniadaniowej jak i w restauracji Oranżeria oraz wykwintnej restauracji Romantycznej.

Od wielu lat przyjeżdżamy do sieci hoteli Eris z rodziną. Byliśmy w każdej oferowanej lokalizacji. Zszokowało nas, że hotel jest nieprzyjazny zwierzętom (nawet małym pieskom czy kotkom). Szczycą się iż tę dyskryminację uprawiają od 25 lat, a jednocześnie nie potrafią zapanować nad grupą krzyczących dzieci w restauracji czy na basenie, co innym gościom zaburza atmosferę relaxu w hotelu SPA. Taka postawa zarządu hotelu jest absolutnie nieakceptowalna w 21 wieku.

This time our stay was very short...we started with the delicious breakfast with a glass of sparkling wine...the weather was beautiful, warm and sunny so we went for a walk...neighbourhood is awsome...the restaurants...magic when you see and taste...

Absolutely amazing hotel and spa! The rooms are very comfortable and the maid service is excellent. The food is extraordinary. The spa treatments are superb. The staff are incredibly polite and professional. One of the best places we have stayed anywhere in the world.
