The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around.
2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes betagtes Hotel.Jedoch sehr saubere Zimmer mit mega Aussicht zum Meer.Sehr vielseitiges leckeres Frühstück.Servicekräfte sehr nett und aufmerksam.Barchef war sehr aufdringlich, wollte sogar eine positive Bewertung einfordern, so etwas geht gar nicht.Beach-Bar bei schönstem Wetter in der Hauptsaison nur Mi-So 12 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet.Sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, welche uns um 17.20 Uhr schon nicht mehr bedienen wollte und uns einfach ignorierte, die Aussage war, sie haben kein Personal. Absolutes Manko sind die Fahrstühle, hier muss man sehr viel Zeit mitbringen.

Bei der Anreise mussten wir feststellen das der Kühlschrank ausgelaufen und defekt war. Bei 30 Grad keine Klimaanlage. Teil des Mobiliars noch alt und abgenutzt. Bad-Einrichtung antik, keine separate Dusche. Parksituation ungenügend. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Küche und Speisen kann nicht beurteilen, nachdem wir die Karte gesehen haben, haben wir beschlossen, nur auswärts zu essen. Ich hoffe das die Lage wenigstens entschädigt

Das Hotel ist schön direkt am Strand gelegen, in die Fußgängerzone ist es auch nicht weit. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Eine gründliche Sanierung/Renovierung wäre mal angebracht. Parkplätze sind am Wochenende heiß umkämpft. Genauso wie Fensterplätze morgens beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker. Es wird allerdings auch gut laut/voll. Die Hotelbar ist urgemütlich, aber sehr klein. Zu klein für so viele Hotelgäste. Schade.

Siehe Google Bewertung von März 2025. Heute wollte ich erneut Buchen für Anfang September telefonisch, da es online das Angebot nicht buchen konnte. Als ich höflich nach einen Parkplatz in der Hotel eigener Tiefgarage buchen wollte, sagte man mir dass man keinen Parkplatz mehr reservieren könne. Wer zuerst da ist mahlt zuerst! Das ist für uns ein No Go, sodass wir dann nebenan bei Landhaus Carstens gebucht haben und einen Parkplatz reserviert bekommen. Sowas nennt man Kunden Freundlichkeit 😊

Wir hatten zur „Jazzbaltica“ mehrmals für drei Tage ein einfaches Zimmer im Maritim, und es war jedesmal zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Diesmal waren wir mit der Bestellung spät und waren gezwungen, ein Superior plus-Zimmer mit Frühstück für fünf Tage zu Euro 2100 zu nehmen. Wir freuten uns auch so auf den Aufenthalt. Die Enttäuschung war dann aber groß. Man hat uns bei der Bestellung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass man uns ein Zimmer reserviert für Hundebesitzer, die wir definitiv nicht sind. Der grüne verblichene Teppichboden war in abstoßender Weise voller Flecken, die Möbel auf der Terrasse waren nicht geputzt. Das Schlimmste aber war, dass wir an drei Tagen am Empfang darüber informiert haben, dass die Toilette rinnt und nicht abzustellen ist. Besonders in der Nacht war das störend. Man hat uns dreimal versichert, dass das in Ordnung gebracht werde, aber nichts ist geschehen. Über die fraglosen Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels möchten wir hier nicht sprechen. Aber auf diese Mängel in einem Haus, das viel auf sich hält, möchten wir doch hinweisen. Auf dem Spiegel im Bad heißt es auf einem Aufkleber: „Wasser sparen hilft uns allen. Bitte machen Sie mit und achten Sie auf einen sparsamen Umgang mit dieser wertvollen Ressource.“

Wie immer ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Ich liebe dieses Hotel für seine Lage, den wunderschönen SPA Bereich (Innen- und Außenpool mit Meerwasser) und für seine mega freundlichen Mitarbeiter in absolut allen Bereichen des Hauses! Es gibt nun endlich wieder eine feste Kraft für die Poolbar - eine soo nette Mitarbeiterin mit gerade zu mitreißend positiver Ausstrahlung Dieses Jahr spielte im Mai sogar das Wetter mit und auch die Beach Bar konnte öffnen - mit neuer Speisekarte: endlich Sandwiches - muss man probiert haben!!! ( Mein Favorit: Avocado/Lachs) Auch hier ein supernettes Team!! Immer ein Lächeln - trotz der weiten Wege und selbst im größten Stress - Danke für die schöne Zeit!!! Zum Hotel selber muss man sagen, daß es vielleicht an der ein oder anderen Stelle einer Renovierung bedürfte ( auf die Zimmer bezogen)... Freue mich schon auf den Herbst!!
