Bereits als wir die Anlage betraten wussten wir, dass uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen wird. Zahlreiche Parkplätze, ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und ein sauberes und schön gestaltetes Loft mit Meerblick. Die Lage ist hervorragend, der Ort Heiligenhafen ist super gepflegt und bietet dem Touristen ein vielfältiges Einkaufs- und Aktivitäten-Angebot. Sehr interessant ist die Seebrücke mit zahlreichen Erlebnisinstallationen. Ein junger Ort, der viel zu bieten hat. Rund um das Motel gibt es viel sehr gute und leckere Gastronomie. Wir hatten das Glück ein herrliches Wetter vorzufinden. Einfach nur toll.

Sehr netter Empfang und ein unglaublich gutes Frühstück! Auch mit veganen Alternativen. Das Zimmer war bequem, zeckmäßig und sauber. Auch toll ist, dass man sich an der Rezeption einen Stoffbeutel zum Müllsammeln (und späterem Behalten) am Strand holen kann. Mehr Meer und weniger Plastik!

Das Hotel hat Charme, es wirkt gemütlich, liegt prominent an der Seebrücke und wird freundlich geführt. Wie auch an anderen Stellen merkt man Personalmangel und muss offenbar ungelernte Mitarbeiter im Restaurantbereich beschäftigen. Das senkt trotz aller Bemühungen dann doch das Serviceniveau. Man muss halt mitarbeiten, das fühlt sich dann eher wie Kantine an, allerdings auf hohem Niveau, das Frühstücksbuffet lässt nicht viele Wünsche offen. Mein Zimmer fand ich geräumig und gemütlich, allerdings verstehe ich die Glaswand zur Toilette nicht wirklich. Da man sie aber verdecken kann, kann die Intimsphäre gewahrt und der Anblick des auf der Schüssel hockenden Partners verwehrt werden - den braucht wohl auch keiner.

Hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück, Zimmer sauber und ausreichen ausgestattet die Kissen haben etwas. Der Spa-Bereich ist spitze, aber die Bar ist vom Ambiente her gewöhnungsbedürftig. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen und ihm hat die unmittelbare Strandlage sehr gefallen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wir haben das Winterschnäppchen für 2 Nächte anlässlich meines Geburtstages gebucht. Kurz vor Anreise wurde uns ein vergünstigtes Upgrade auf die Pad Suite angeboten. Es war ein traumhaftes Zimmer, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Zusätzlich bekamen wir einige Aufmerksamkeiten zu unserem 5. Aufenthalt in einem Heimathafen Hotel, womit wir in keinster Weise gerechnet haben und waren einen kurzen Moment sprachlos über diese nette Geste. Ein Aufenthalt im Beach Motel HHF ist für uns immer, wie ein Gefühl von nach Hause kommen.
