Un hôtel très recommandable par sa situation géographique à proximité des sites alsaciens les plus beaux avec un service très attentif de la part des serveurs et autres employés de l'établissement et un directeur soucieux du bien-être des clients ! BRAVO !

Buongiorno, io mi sono trovato male in questo hotel. Iniziamo dal cibo: la colazione. Per le scuole (io ci sono andato per il viaggio di istruzione di terza media) c’era solo una brioche mediocre, marmellata, latte, cacao in polvere, acqua e un succo altrettanto mediocre. Pane. Per gli ospiti dell’hotel (noi non considerati tali), invece, c’era il buffet completo. Per la cena erano previste tre portate: la prima non si sa bene cosa fosse, poi il presunto primo e infine il dolce. In ogni portata, una cosa era buona e l’altra no. Il dolce solo qualche volta si salvava. L’unico posto dove mi sono trovato bene è stata la camera, però non ci cambiavano gli asciugamani e perché erano scorbutici. Per quanto riguarda la cauzione, inizialmente non ce la volevano ridare perché le camere erano “sporche” (anche se poi ce l’hanno restituita). In ogni caso, trattenere la cauzione per questo motivo non è previsto dalla legge. Infine, il Wi-Fi funziona decentemente solo se non ci sono troppe persone collegate. Altrimenti, diventa lento.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel Au Nid de Cigognes à Ostheim. Le personnel est vraiment agréable, attentionné et toujours disponible. L’ambiance y est conviviale, avec un environnement calme et accueillant. C’est un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de la région. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un week end agréable, confort des chambres, service accueil et restaurant au top, personnel très agréable , chambre et établissement propre, repas de qualité, nous reviendrons, ce n est pas notre premier séjour et nous apprécions à chaque fois que l on y va, Bonne continuation à toute l equipe

Sono andata in gita con la scuola, intanto in camera si sentiva una puzza di fognatura incredibile, abbiamo sprecato almeno 5 profumi per togliere quella puzza. Il cibo è sempre lo stesso e non è di qualitá, per gli intolleranti al lattosio l'alternativa erano solo verdure messe a caso nel piatto. Inoltre, una cameriera ci ha risposto male e un po' dopo, ha fatto cadere un vassoio pieno di cibo sporcando i capelli ad una ragazza, la cameriera inoltre se ne è andata arrabbiata. Durante la seconda cena nel piatto c'era un pelo, tra l'altro, ci hanno accusato di aver fatto troppo rumore durante la notte tanto da aver fatto andare via le persone al piano di sotto cosa che assolutamente non abbiamo fatto visto che alle 11 eravamo già nel letto a parlare con un tono di voce basso che di sicuro non si sente da un piano all' altro e volevamo farci pagare la sua stanza a noi visto che se ne era andato senza pagare il suo soggiorno in quella stanza. in più appena arrivati il secondo giorno abbiamo aspettato mezz'ora per riavere le chiavi appunto per questa questione.

Je ne comprend pas la plupart des commentaires positifs que j’ai lu avant de m’y rendre. Hotel très sombre, personnel peu accueillant. Chambre banal, nous avions une chambre pour 3 notre salle de bain ressemblait à celle d’un hôpital. La piscine impossible d’y mettre un pied tellement elle était froide. Chambre avec une insonorisation quasi inexistante. Nous avons dîner au restaurant qui est peu être le seul point positif avec le petit déjeuner si on retire le morceau de plastique retrouvé dans la glace, signalé au serveur puis à la personne qui nous a encaissé et pris de haut. Bref nous n’y retournerons pas pour le prix nous avons passée la nuit suivante dans un autre hôtel sans regret ! Passez votre chemin !
