Extremely welcoming front desk. Super friendly staff that really did everything to perform and delight us. As we travel with EV it was superb to find a charger on the hotel parking so that we could leave the next day fully charged! We will certainly come back here. Thx.

Not very central located. Rooms ok but not lots of storage space if you are two for more than a week. Rooms have fridge and a kettle, bathroom has a hairdryer. Breakfast ok but space very tight. Meals on pre-order only. Reception hours very special (sunday closing at 3pm).

Der erste Eindruck lies nichts Gutes erahnen. Wir standen, trotz bestätigter Buchung, gegen 13:30 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen, zusammen mit weiteren Schicksalsgenossen. Erst die telefonische Rücksprache bei der zentralen Hot-Line brachte die Erkenntnis, dass die Hotelrezeption ab 15:00 Uhr besetzt sein wird. Da sich weder am Hoteleingang noch in den Buchungsunterlagen ein entsprechender Hinweis befand, hoffe ich, dass dies nicht der Regelfall ist. Nach 90-minütiger Wartezeit dann problemloser und freundlicher Check-in. Sauberes gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, angenehme Betten und einwandfreies Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet überraschte mit ungewohnter Vielfalt und war das wirkliche Highlight. Also auch deswegen ist „Daumen hoch“ und „Wiederkommen“ angesagt.
