First time in Ostend, I wanted to book a hotel near the beach and shopping areas. However, if you book here, expect no parking and to have to park quite far from the hotel, as the nearby parking lots are often crowded. When we arrived, the receptionist was rude. We had booked for 2pm, but when we arrived tired from the journey with our luggage, we were told that the room was not ready. We wanted to leave our luggage in the luggage room to enjoy the nice weather, but it is accessible to everyone, which made it impossible to leave our belongings safely. So we had to wait in front of the room without doing anything. Forty minutes later, we returned to the reception, and the receptionist finally told us that the room was ready. When we entered, we found the bed unmade, the sheets worn, hairs in the bed, wet and worn towels, sand on the floor, and many other unpleasant things. It was a real DISASTER!!, I have never seen anything like it in my life! Annoyed, we asked the receptionist for an explanation, who told us that the room would not be ready until 3:30 p.m. However, at 3:30 p.m., no cleaning lady had yet come! We wasted our entire afternoon because of this. I strongly advise against this hotel. If you are looking to stay in filth, then go there, but otherwise, move on. I wonder how this establishment was able to obtain three stars. It is money thrown out the window. In addition, the receptionist was uncooperative and unpleasant, even unfriendly. It would be wise to think about changing the staff at this level. The cleaning lady was the only pleasant and smiling person in this hotel, courageously alone to manage the seven floors. This was my first reservation on Booking, and I trusted the site after seeing the comments. I will not do it again and I will not book on this site again. Very disappointed, I should have looked for reviews on other sites. Apparently, many customers have had the same experience as me. I do not recommend this site if you want constructive opinions.

Nous avions réservé pour un déplacement professionnel avec une collègue. N'étant pas arrivé en même temps, mon accueil était très correct cependant ma collègue à été reçu d'une façon très désagréable. Chambres pas très propre et des essuis en boule trainaient dans les couloirs. Les prix sont quand même élevé pour ce que l'on vous propose, nous n'avons pas pris le déjeuner sur place. Nous sommes déçu de notre séjour.

Inchecken vanaf 14u. We werden om 10u30 opgebeld dat we er om 14u30 moesten zijn dat er een anders niemand zat om in te checken. Ik zei dat het misschien 15u ging zijn aangezien we bijna 3u moesten rijden. Toen kregen we het antwoord. “Tot 14u30 zit ik hier”. Heel onaangename geur bij aankomst in de kamer. In de badkamer geen enkel stopcontact. Ontbijt was beperkt maar in orde en ook een zeer lieve vrouw bij het ontbijt. Schimmel in de badkamer. De hygiëne kon echt wel beter. Goede locatie alles was op wandelafstand.
