Zoals altijd was het alweer top en verzorgd op alle vlakken kortom tophotel met een fantastische keuken en ideaal voor met de kindjes. Alexander ( de patron van het hotel ) fantastische mens voor iedereen en vooral voor zijn personeel echt top

Erg ruime comfortabele kamers. Helaas hier en daar een klein mankementjes. Bij de Twin+ was er een nachtlampje kapot en sloten de douchedeuren niet zo goed. Bij de Single+ was de kamer 's nachts niet volledig donker door de lampen van het nabijgelegen hotel, ook hoorde ik wat getik van de verwarmingsbuizen en waren de voegen in de badkamer wat beschadigd. Het avondeten was erg lekker en uitgebreid. Spijtig dat de uren van de inbegrepen dranken nergens vermeld waren, we ontdekten plots om 22u op oudejaarsavond dat er geen drank meer was. Het ontbijt was erg lekker maar niet erg gevarieerd en helaas is het elke dag hetzelfde. Enkel bij de brunch kon je iets anders dan een omelet krijgen.

Niet zomaar een hotel, vriendelijkheid, netheid, gezelligheid en lekker eten. We hebben de arrangementen Kerst en Nieuw gedaan, top. Overal dicht bij en leuke wandelingen een bruisende stad. wij zullen nog dikwijls terug komen, tot id februari met Valentijn.

Uitstekende service. Vriendelijk personeel. Prijs/kwaliteit perfect. Lekker ontbijt. Avondmaal keuze uit vlees en/vis . Wij hadden een mooie luxe kamer met regendouche tijdens ons Nieuwjaarsarrangement. Ostend Hotel is een echte aanrader voor iedereen.

The Ostend Hotel is a friendly, modern & comfortable run hotel in the heart of the beautiful fishing port of Ostend, the rooms are very clean (cleaned every day) and the atmosphere is very pleasant, staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble and very friendly always with a smile on their face, the restaurant is very inviting as has a variety of food and very well presented & clean, I cannot express how lovely this hotel and staff are, it must be doing something right as my parents first came in 1963 are are still coming as are my children, 4 generations of my family have all experienced this amazing hotel, we have stayed in other hotels but always come back to this one and recommend it to friends, we came Xmas as we have before and they couldn’t do enough for you, also the entertainment was brilliant, so thank you to Alex and his team for an amazing experience at the Ostend Hotel, Lisa Hurford & family.

Ik ken Ostend Hotel sinds 1998. Ondertussen al meer dan 20 keer verbleven. Dit op zich betekent al dat Ostend Hotel een aanrader is. We hebben in de loop der jaren heel wat zien wijzigen, moderniseren. Kamers, receptie, speelruimte, bar, … noem het maar, alles is vernieuwd en modern ingericht. Het is niet alleen een kindvriendelijk hotel, maar evenzeer voelen senioren zich er thuis. Zowel personeel tot chef-kok als zaakvoerder doen er alles aan om je tevreden te stellen. We verbleven in een Deluxe kamer (zeker een aanrader) voor het oud & nieuw arrangement. Jammer dat het vuurwerk afgelast was in Oostende, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Het uitgebreid ontbijt en avond buffet was lekker, de muziek leende zich om te dansen en de vele blije gezichten maakten dat we wederom een mooie jaarwisseling meegemaakt hebben. Gr. Stefaan

After 20 years New Year in Ostend it is time for something else. The TWIN rooms are too small, no place for clothes, shower too small. Room not cleaned every day. The front desk, not always polite when you have remarks concerning the room. The food is good, but coffee cakes in the morning preferable variation every day.

Ongelooflijk mooie en gezellig hotel. Wij zijn er al 20+ jaar te gast en onze kinderen zijn er groot geworden. We komen er op elk seizoen thuis en de mensen van het hotel zijn ongelooflijk lief en hebben veel respect voor je wensen. Oostende zelf is een stad waar ze niet zo kindvriendelijk zijn, maar daar is in het hotel niets van te merken..lekker ontbijt, extreem propere kamers en een redelijk rustige buurt. Wij blijven komen 💗
