Nous devions passer une nuit à l’Hôtel de l’Europe pour un week-end entre amies. Malheureusement, un proche est décédé brutalement quelques jours avant. Nous avons contacté l’hôtel aussitôt pour demander une annulation ou un report. Booking a transmis notre demande à plusieurs reprises, mais l’établissement n’a jamais répondu clairement, nous laissant volontairement dans le flou jusqu’à la date du séjour. Ce silence organisé, cette mauvaise foi constante et l’absence totale de compassion ont transformé un moment douloureux en cauchemar administratif. Nous aurions compris un refus clair dès le départ. Ce que nous ne comprenons pas, c’est le mépris, l’inaction, et cette attitude méprisante face à une situation grave et humaine. Je vous invite à réfléchir à deux fois avant de réserver dans cet hôtel. En cas de problème, vous serez seul face à un mur d’indifférence.

Kurzentschlossen haben wir dieses Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Zimmer war bereits fertig und sehr sauber. Bad war tip top mit allem was wir brauchten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück haben wir beide Morgen genossen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.

+ L Hotel est bien situé entre la digue et le centre d Ostende +Hammam +Sauna - L hôtel est vraiment pas digne d un 4 étoiles ( besoin d une bonne remise à neuf) V photos -les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées - salle de petit déjeuner peu agréable, l impression d être dans une cantine d école -Piscine froide et très peu éclairée ( on ne voit pas même l eau clairement) -pas de peignoirs dans les chambres alors que nous devons passer par la réception pour aller à la piscine -les draps n ont pas été changés durant notre séjour et un jour notre lit n a même pas été refait -manque de professionnalisme , le personnel n a pas d uniforme ni nametags

Das Personal war freundlich, aber der Eigentümer war das genaue Gegenteil: laut, respektlos und herablassend. Unglücklicherweise habe ich ihn an meinem letzten Tag getroffen. Er ließ mich nicht zu Wort kommen und sprach in einem überheblichen Ton, während er betonte, dass er der Eigentümer sei. So ein unprofessionelles Verhalten habe ich in keinem Hotel weltweit erlebt - und ich habe viele Länder bereist. Aufgrund dieser negativen Erfahrung werde ich dieses Hotel nie wieder besuchen und kann es auch niemandem empfehlen."

Accueil glacial le premier jour et carrément conflictuel le lendemain, pas le temps de s occuper de nous pour nous ouvrir le wellness. Nous avons donc decidé de parler uniquement anglais avec le personnel. Nous étions alors mieux considérés L hôtel est réellement surcoté par certains avis. C est vieillot Il faudrait faire quelques gros travaux pour remettre à neuf Conclusion …mon weekend a été plus que moyen Nous n y retournerai plus jamais👎👎👎👎👎
