Sehr schönes Hotel aus den 30iger-Jahren. Freundliches, lösungsorientiertes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Top Lage. Schöne grosse Zimmer. Da Alter des Hotels hat seine Tücken. Zum Teil kann man die schön grossen Fenster nicht öffnen und es ist sehr ringhörig. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und konnten wegen einer grossen Gruppe junger Sportler (es fand ein Fussball-Turnier statt), welche durchgehend Party im Zimmer machten, sehr schlecht schlafen. Das Hotelmanagement hat sich dafür bei uns in aller Form entschuldigt und uns erklärt, dass sie trotz Security-Einsatz die Situation nicht besser in den Griff bekommen konnten. Fazit! Das Hotel empfehlen wir sehr gerne.

Super vriendelijk personeel, alles piekfijn in orde, komen zeker terug. We vinden hier decreet die we zochten, fijn dat alles van vroeger is bewaard nu nog het zwembad, bedankt en tot later, we geven dit adres door, de zon was er niet maar jullie zorgen ervoor

Thermae Palace is a great hotel in historical building on the seafront. Ample parking, large rooms, comfortable bed, lovely location and amazing staff makes it a very convenient base for exploring Ostend and nearby towns. We had wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Supervriendelijk personeel aan de balie. Mooie kamers, goede bedden, ruime badkamer, alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Heel goed restaurant met een uitgebreide kaart en . Zeer ruim aanbod voor het ontbijt. Samengevat: zeer tevreden en we komen zeker terug naar Themae Palace.

Charme de l'ancien, avec un bon niveau de confort . A deux pas du centre ville. Personnel multilingue agréable, aucun souci pour obtenir un service à tout moment ( le coffre fort était bloqué en soirée, dépannage immediat). Gros projet de modernisation sur les rails, intéressant de revoir le résultat da.s 5 ans. Car certaines infrastructures vieillissent, il faut agir! Parking un peu cher (15 € la joirnee). Excellent rapport qualité prix de la Brasserie Albert, dans un cadre Art Nouveau
