Great hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service.
Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble.
Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast.

Service de chambre absolument nul. Le responsable s'en moque complètement. Rien n'a changé malgré nos plaintes. Seule satisfaction: le bon petit-déjeuner. À éviter. C'est honteux pour 3 étoiles. Le client n'est pas respecté. Quand on se plaint des chambres pas faites, encore un peu on se sent coupable. Arrogance répugnante.

Hôtel froid sans âme et sans vie. L accueil y est inexistant. Le propriétaire (oui !) est d’un désagréable et d’un accueil comme une porte de prison, et encore ! Les chambres sont d’un basique à croire qu’on est dans les années 80. Aucun confort et les draps usés. Pour le nettoyage de la chambre, faut pas rêver, ils vous dépose un sac poubelle devant votre porte avec le nécessaire à changer ! HONTEUX! comment peut-on laisser cet établissement ouvert ? Pour le prix vous avez beaucoup mieux, plus accueillant et plus moderne. Un conseil passez votre chemin, cet hôtel est à fuir absolument !

Wow what can I say this hotel needs to be missed off any list. The rooms are dirty the sound of banging all night . We ask for milk and extra coffee and ended up buying our own from the spar . They lady in reception was rude until she realised we where staying an extra night .

DO NOT BOOK! The owner is extremely rude, accommodating and inflexible. It might be the cheapest in town but honestly so worth spending a bit more and not having this nightmare of an experience with this place. Owner refused to take us in due to a delay in checking in, it was the middle of the night in a ghost town. On top, he was having a go at me on the phone saying how rude and impolite i am for disturbing him.

On Monday the property did not offer luggage storage before 15 p.m.
Afterwards the personel was friendly, but it was a bit strange that the desk was closed in the morning

The rooms are a good size, the equipment is just what you need. But on the other hand the bedding is super comfortable. The bed and cushions just give you a hug when you lie down
